Great value for cost.

Great boots for what you pay! I ordered some expensive hand made boots and they are 6 to 8 months out. I needed something to wear to work while I weight for them. So I ordered the Ad-Tec wild land fire boots. They arrived when Amazon said they would. When I got them I had a large burn on the top of my left foot from wearing irrigation boots to weld in. Ya, not smart, but my regular work boots let go of their soles and the irrigation boots were a little better than socks. The break in was pretty easy other than the burn, and I wore them close to 10 hours a day, every day even with a quarter sized burn on my foot. The toe box, ball of my foot, arch and heal, all feel great. The boots feel stable when walking. The laces only lasted a couple days in the welding shop, as they are nylon or something else that melted. I replaced the laces with a kevlar nomax fire resistant brand. My foot is now healed. I put the boots on at 6:30 in the morning and work on concrete welding and repairs all day and don't take them off again until 9:30 or 10:00 at night. I where them all day every day and my feet feel good.

Loooooove these boots!

These boots are high quality, durability, style and comfort! From the first day I put them on, I was so happy I purchased them! They are men’s boots but so perfect for a woman as well with a nice size heel giving you just enough of a comfortable lift. I am usually very hard on my shoes, I work hard and play hard! But these shoes are one of the few that I wear all day on into the night, no problem.

An excellent boot, especially for the price

These boots have proven very well made. I average about 2 years of daily wear out of them before I end up wearing the soles totally uneven due to how I walk. The leather and stitching however still has plenty of life left in them at that point though. They come preoiled, but I still use a good coat of Huberd's shoe grease on them when I get them to help condition them.

Best price for actual work boots you will find

Great price actually the second pair that I've purchased from them but this pair idk about the very first time I put them on one of the lace hooks popped off and i can no longer lace them up properly but it's too soon to say if they'll be as durable as my first boots. They are quit comfortable. Would have been a 5 if the lace malfunction hadn't occurred

Great pair of boots

I usually wear Georgia's, my last pair were Whites smoke jumpers, but cost was an issue this time. I was unsure because I'd never heard anything good or bad about Adtech. I'm very rough on my feet and boots; hunting, fishing, hiking, I work and live in the mountains. I love these boots. Perfect fit. Width, toe box, everything fits exactly as I would expect.

Solid Boots

I was hesitant to get a pair base on some of the older reviews. The boots feel very comfortable with soft tough leather, and are true to the size, good cushioned insoles. They are definitely worth getting a pair for the price.

Fits true to size

I asked for a size 13 but I got a 12. Honestly I am glad I did. 12 fits great. The shoes hurt but I just need to break them in. I can't wait to start working on the fire line. In all, a good budget boot if you are looking to get into wildland fire fighting.

Get two half sizes bigger than your actual size.

I'm a size 9.5 and I had to get a size 10.5 to fit me well, because the boots were too tight to bend my knee forward without it hurting by a significant amount. The 10.5 I got, after returning the 9.5, were also tight in the same spot, but less by a very large margin and once broken in after a few days I can honestly say these are my favorite foots now I'm terms of comfort and style. The only reason it's not a 10/10 to me is because I had to get two half sizes bigger to fit, but everything else is marvelous.
