Love this
This handle is so sleek and modern like. My husband had a hard time with getting it installed, not sure if it was the handle and lock or our door but he had to call a friend to come and help. But I love how easily the door opens and closes. Before switching the handle out we had a hard time getting the door open from the outside because the button wouldn't go down all the way. This button is so easy to press down and super smooth. The lock is super simple and sleek. I'm very happy with this.

Buy It You Will Not Be Disappointed
I was skeptical about buying a front door lock from a lock company without a reputable long history of making secure locks, but this beautiful lock is not only secure it works well and we are very pleased with it. Buy it, you will not be disappointed.

Not matte black
Idk whether to rate this or the Amazon basic keypad at 4 star but I find it silly that both the keypad and this product are advertised as “matte black” but only the keypad could truly be seen as matte. This door handle undeniably has more of a gloss look to it. I didn’t feel like returning it and no one will likely care but me anyways, so I installed it. It works like a charm.

Door latch sticks
The hardware is beautiful but after two days of normal use the latch is sticking so we have to wiggle the latch until it unsticks then we can shut the door. Not sure what I was expecting for the price I paid but I definitely feel that the hardware functionality could be better.

Feels a little cheap
It looks just like my old one online, but feels quite different. It's just that it FEELS cheap. Much lighter metal, sharper corners on the hand, rattles around a bit. I have to say though, the old one I had, has a thin metal connection hidden on the inside, and that's why it wore out and could not be fixed. So the new one, even though it seems less robust, may last as long, who knows.

works as intended
This set is heavy duty and quite sturdy. Fairly straightforward and easy to install. Bought it on sale during prime day, so it was a good value and easily comparable to more expensive sets.

Kinda cheap but does the trick
Who knew door hardware was so expensive! Glad to have found this affordable option. So far, it's holding up, looking good and doing it's job. The handle clicker is a bit 'clicky' (not smooth) and feels a titch cheap..but for the the price... I'm a happy camper.

Looks nice, but cheap material
We ordered this door handle and deadbolt lock set alongside the August Wi-Fi Smart lock. The door handle, and deadbolt lock were easy to install, but when we went to install the August Wi-Smart Lock (attaches on top of existing deadbolt onto the tail piece), the tail piece snapped in half therefore making the deadbolt not useable. We had to go to Home Dept, and purchase a new deadbolt in order to install our Wi-Fi Smart Lock. The tail piece is a piece of metal, and should not snap in half that easily. Therefore, I would not recommended this item because if the tailpiece can snap in half that easily, I don't feel like my home would be very secure with it in it. However, I contacted Amazon Support right away, and they processed a refund for me for the item, and handle the situation quickly, efficiently, and stress free. So the item itself I would not recommend, but the support team was great.

Cheap internal components
I am not a noob to installing things by any stretch; I have worked in construction for 18 years and hold two red seals. Surely a door handle will be easy business. I understand what they are trying to do with the internal mechanism on this, that by having the inside handle turn should not depress the latch on the outside, and similarly pressing the latch on the outside should not turn the inside of the door's handle, and yet both motions should open the door latch. However the mechanism that the latch is attached to (it has a hole for a square rod, or in this case 2 square rods) literally fell to pieces in my hand as I tried to adjust it to accomodate the extra thickness for an exterior door. It is a slide piece and just moving the slide caused the entire housing to come apart. Tried to put it back together and used pliers to tighten the metal housing back together and the handle would just not work. What a shame. Deadbolt works fine. Now have a mismatched door handle and deadbolt, plus an extra hole through the door for the bottom securing through bolt till I can find something to replace this whole thing with.

Exceeds handles 3 times its price
I bought some basic door knobs from this brand and a 150 dollar handle, the handle was absolute garbage and i sent it back the next day, i bought this and a digital lock to go with it for less then the 150 dollar one and it doesnt even compare to this the quality of this, easily best bang for your buck
