Flattering pants

Review by other account holder: I run sz 8-10 in pants, skirts, shorts but while I was able to zip up, they were too tight. I do like the look, the exposed zipper is a nice touch along with the seems down the top of the legs, kind of a lengthening effect. I am returning and ordering sz 12, hopefully it's just a little bigger. FYI they are made of a thick fabric which gives it a utility look and feel if you like that kinda thing. The length is above the ankle so they look good with a sandle or short boot or high top, pretty versatile.

Nice

I’m 5’5” and the length hit at my ankle which is fine. I like these pants because they can be casual or a little dressy and better then wearing jeans all the time.

I love buuut...

After reading the reviews I ordered two sizes. A size up (12) and a double size up (14). The 14 was waaaay to big for me. I put on the 12 and at first, I thought they fit well. After wearing them for 20 minutes I never hated a pair of pants more. They stretched so much to the point they were falling off like sagging. I really love the pant style and material so I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly with a comfortable stretch and not over-stretching. I wore them around my house before deciding how they fit would end up being. I did not experience too-small sizing. I have a curvy body and they fit very nicely and are still cute/flattering! I would actually say these are true to size considering my true size is 10. I hope this helps! 5 stars for the correct size (10)

They're Cotton, And They Wrinkle!

It has simply been soooooooooo very long since I purchased any apparel that is cotton that I forgot I had to even pay attention to fabric content for that reason. These will require pressing, clearly, before every wearing, and that is a bit of a bummer. Oh, well! If they continue to fit well and look good, so be it!

Better than expected!

Love these! Good, casual weekend pants. I’m 5’5” and 110lbs, and the size 0 fits just right (didn’t capture it in the photos, but the fabric does bulge a bit in the back right below the waistline/above the tushy, but nice fit overall).

Wouldn’t order again

These pants are a very heavy denim like fabric and aren’t very attractive on. Would not recommend.

Thick, Short & Painful Front Seams

After a quick iron to remove the creases from packaging, these trousers were ready for wearing without having to wash them. I am a true size 12 and the trousers fit me well around the waist and hips but the legs are very loose, unattractively loose. I have the mauve colour which is lovely and makes a nice change from blue jeans. The zip works smoothly and never snags or catches. There's no button at the top, just the zip right to the waistband edge, but there are loops for a belt if you want to wear one. They feel comfortable around the fastening area and the waist and bum in general. The pockets are large and deep. One thing I really don't like is the very thick seam down the fronts of the legs. Aesthetically it looks alright but kneel down on a hard floor and you know about it – awfully painful on the knees. I'm not sure about the length either, or which season it's marketed for. The material is thick and suitable for winter but the length is above the ankles and would look better with a pair of sandals or pumps for spring or summer. They've washed well, dried on the line (I haven't put them in a tumble dryer) and iron back to looking like new.

When is a size 10, a size XS a size 8, a size 6 or a size 2?

What a weird sizing this product is. I ordered a size 10 Black and received a package with a number 2 on it, a pair of chinos with a label that says US 2 and when looking up the different national sizes a size 2 US is a size XS so when is a size 6 a size XS or a size 2? Strangely, I needed a size 8, which is small (S) but allowed for the difference in sizing discrepancies and ordered a medium (size 10) and received a size 2 (US) or a size 6 (UK). Luckily there is someone else that these can fit as she is a size 6 but the person I wanted them for is a little too large as she's a size 8. The chinos are good quality and are 98% cotton so they will be hard wearing and last a long time. The style and cut is good and the stitching is to a good standard with no loose threads. The only real difference between these and men's chinos is these have a thinner zip and it goes to the very top of the waistband thus no button. Overall these are a good quality product and are good value but sadly I can't recommend them due to the very confusing sizing and the fact that a totally different size to what was ordered was delivered. The confusion over the sizes would require a minimum of two different sizes being ordered and possibly three pairs to get at least one pair of the correct size.

Nice smart everyday chino

Need some chinos? How about some 3/4 lengths? These are the Good Threads Womens Stretch Chino Utility Pant, Made From 98% Cotton, 2% Elastane, Sizes 10 - 18 And Colours Black, Dark Olive, Ivory, Mauve, Navy, Camel Or Rust Orange. These chinos are thinner than normal chinos, they are slightly stretchy though. The length is 3/4 length, so almost like pedal pushers. They have 2 x front hip pockets, 2 x buttock pockets, so pretty standard jean layout with belt loopholes. The one thing that is odd, is the bizarre front zip, what is wrong with Traditional zips? The good thing is these are both machine wash and dryable, so no faffing around. But there will be colour bleed to begin with, so wash with similar colours. My eldest lives these, she is 5"11 and looks great in em with her long legs, and they fit superbly. She's happy. Overall I'd recommend these chinos, as they are very well made, albeit a tad pricey. Oh and overlook that bizarre front zip!

True to size. Stretchy.

The media could not be loaded. I’m a curvy size 12 and these trousers are a 12. I didn’t think the zip would do up when I first put them on but the trousers have a good amount of stretch in them and they fitted great. The only place they pulled a little was by the side pockets but the 14 would have been too big for me. So if you’re more an athletic 12 they will hang looser. I’m going to say they are true to size. They were very comfortable to sit in and loosened up again. They are 3/4 length on me being 5’7 but they are a cropped style so perfect for Summer and evening wear. Wash on warm. Made in Indonesia. Amazing value for money. I hope my video helps to compare body sizes and I’m happy to recommend ☺️
