WHEN THE TWO PARCELS ARRIVED, THE LAMPSHADE HAD A DENT IN IT. THE PACKAGE INCLUDED A PHONE NUMBER IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT. I PHONED THE NUMBER, AND WAS CONNECTED WITH A VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEE. HE TOLD ME A NEW LAMPSHADE WOULD BE SENT OUT THAT DAY. IT ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WAS IN PERFECT SHAPE. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE LAMP. IT SEEMS TO BE MADE OF HIGH QUALITY COMPONENTS AND THE ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT IS A VERY NICE FEATURE. MY ONLY NEGATIVE...THE LAMP WAS PACKAGED VERY SECURELY IN BRITTLE STYRAFOAM. SMALL PIECES OF STATICALLY CHARGED STYRAFOAM WENT EVERYWHERE. VACUUMING WAS DEFINATELY REQUIRED.

Other reviews are positive, but the lamp I received was faulty

Lamp and base arrived in two separate boxes. The base was a little awkward to unbox - the cord is threaded through the whole thing, but all of the pieces are unassembled and need to be screwed together, so it takes a little finessing to unpack and assemble. The socket part at the top of the lamp I received did not fit securely, it kind of wobbled and spun and would not stay screwed tight. The lamp shade I received did not fit and could not be attached - the inside ring was too small for the plastic "finial" ring to fit through. Everything is currently re-boxed and waiting for UPS to pick up and take back to Amazon. It is too much of a pain to have it replaced - I don't want to go through the whole process again if a second one is faulty, so I will just get my refund and buy a different lamp.

Artiva USA Enzo Floor Lamp

The Artiva floor lamp is a wonderful addition to our living room. It is heavy and will not easily be knocked over. Although, the glass table top gives it an open light appearance. The fact that it is adjustable is also a great plus, I could not be more pleased with my choice.

VERY NICE!

Really pretty. This table lamp is exactly what I was looking for to help update my living room. Shiny chrome & glass have a very light, airy appearance while lamp & table are very sturdy. Love it.

Bella Lamp!

A beautiful Lamp. Very well made. The packing was one of the best I have ever seen. The lamp is very heavy but there is no danger of being pushed over.
