Works great for my fine hair!

I love this shampoo! I have waist length fine hair (lots of it) and it helps keep it feeling bouncy and not weighed down, also TONS of shine! Lemon is my favorite scent, and it delivers with realistic lemon scent, not the chemical kind. The scent does not linger much afterwards. I tried neutrogena's new grapefruit clarifier, and did not like it nearly as much. I don't use products or blow dry my hair, and I only wash my hair 1-2 times per week so this works for me most of the time. When my scalp got dry in the winter I did switch to H&S dry scalp care for a bit, but couldn't wait to use this again, as nothing else feels as light or looks so shiny. Definitely recommend!

Great stuff for excess buildup

I've been using a ton of dry shampoo and other products in my hair lately and decided I should get a shampoo made to help reduce the buildup. This shampoo does what it claims. My hair is clean, soft, shiny and is no longer limp and heavy. The scent is nice as well.

Does what it promises...

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this shampoo. I have extremely thick hair and it's hard to rinse. Most of the time, I'll start feeling build-up from regular shampoos within a week or so... underneath my hair almost feels "gummy" or "waxy." So I wasn't expecting much from this. I tried it mostly because it was an "affordable risk." Well, I'm happy to tell you this works like a charm. I use it once a week and it takes all that residue right out of my hair. I'll buy it again.

Great shampoo, but the cap always leaks during shipping

The shampoo is great, I really like it. The only recurring problem is the cap. No matter how tight it is screwed on, it leaks between the bottle and the cap. Always a mess in the transport pouch and about an ounce is wasted every time. This time the cap was not even screwed on properly ... bigger mess. It's a shame.

The shampoo works perfect. it removes the build up and leaves my hair shiny and smooth, it smell citrusy which is very pleasant.

Ingredients are different to those listed online

The ingredients listed on the bottle that arrived is different to the ingredients that are listed at time of ordering online. I am trying to rid my hair of extras, which is why I purchased this item. But I do not feel confident to use this item due to the additional ingredients, so I have returned it. Disappointing and dishonest.

Please cover the lid to prevent spillage during transit

I love this shampoo and this product offers good value for money; however, receiving the product when 4/5th of the product is covering the packaging is infuriating. Why can't they just cover the lid with sellotape to prevent spillage.

I love it????

I'm impressed ????it's perfectly removes dirt and and styling products build ups. And my blonde hair are even more blond after wash. Nice, shiny, soft and healthy looking hair.

Not what it was. They have changed it.

I have been using this shampoo since mid 2018 and it was great. I say WAS because the latest bottle seems like it's been watered down. I am using double the product and it goes flat. I contacted Avalon organics 6 days ago and they haven't responded yet even though their site says they will respond in 48 hours. In summery, I have lost all faith in this product. A pity they had to go and mess with it as it WAS really good. Now it's expensive and less than average.
