Common issue?

Son said track isn't even in roundabout and causes train to come off track when going onto the turn table

WASN'T EVEN NEW!!!!

I open the Amazon box that it came in, and the Bachmann box inside was already opened and damaged. Wires weren't even matching photos and descriptions inside the manual, and better yet, they were cut and taped back together with black electrical tape!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED THIS MUCH!!!!! When I tested it to see if it even worked, nothing happened and I couldn't even plug in all of the controls because one wire was missing and/or the whole Bachmann product was in a mess at Amazon's warehouse collecting dust and more damage, that it was unrepairable. So now I am making the decision of ordering this from someone else who doesn't treat this stuff like this and doesn't allow for it to go through shipping.
