Nice soap but exploded in shipping
The soaps were not packaged and just laying freely in the box. Both soap bottles were leaking and seeped into the box. Hopefully the replacement bottles come better packed because after cleaning up the mess and washing the soap off my hands it did feel nice!

Better than others
We ordered this when our usual go-to brand was in short supply and could not be found anywhere. I'm glad, because the quality is better than what we'd been using for years before we found it. Some reviews are negative because the product was received with loose caps, which caused spillage in the packaging. That didn't happen to us with this item -but other liquid detergents via Amazon have arrived like that. But this doesn't reflect on the product's quality...it's a shipment problem. As compared to our former favorite, we found this product to be milder on the hands, silkier consistency yet easily rinsed...and the fresh mint smell sure beats the flowery scents so prevalent today. (We like the mint, but the sage variety is equally good so we'd buy them interchangeably).

2/3 times it’s leaked in shipping
So truthfully I love this soap, it smells great and feels great and is overall great soap. But I’ve ordered it 3 times and 2/3 times it has come spilled out into the bag and box it is shipped in. The first time it was more than half spilled out, this most recent time it was only 10 or 15% of each bottle, but that’s a common theme with all of these reviews so perhaps it’s no longer worth purchasing…

Smells great, but poorly package
Unfortunately, half of one of the bottles spilled out during transit. The soap smells amazing though!

Fresh scent but no big refill bottle to reduce plastic waste.
I liked the all purpose cleaner so much I wanted to try the soap. I love it! It’s thick so a little goes a long way. Scent is clean & not overwhelming. I’m using it at the kitchen sink. The only drawback is a large refill bottle isn’t available. I have a soap dispenser at the sink & refill it wit the pump bottle

I love this soap
I love this soap! The smell is light but really nice and the price is reasonable especially considering the ingredients. We used to use Mrs. Meyers hand soaps but we will be switching to this because of the price, better ingredients and its nice that the smell is lighter and not overpowering. Before purchasing this I read one review that said it didn't dry their hands out, I cant believe it but it's true! As new parents we wash our hands a ton and they were dry and starting to crack but that hasn't happened since switching to this soap!

The pump does not work
I really like the soap and scent, but I was very disappointed that these pumps do not work (in either bottle). I then purchased a plain glass soap bottle for this product which works. I will be reordering the soap.

Feels great and leaves my skin feeling cool and soft.
I just wish I could buy refills instead of having to purchase whole units.
