Anyone who's had some models of weed eaters know that the bump button on the bottom will get scuffed up and eventually wear through with use causing the spool to fall out. This was a simple matter of swapping out the part and putting the spring in place. I didn't even need the new spring. The price was reasonable.

Black and Decker's Trimmer Line Cap works like it was designed. It takes a lot of punishment and if you need to replace the cap it's easy.

The product arrive in perfect condition but the doing i has to take off because the line feed did not work properly and was east wing line I don’t know is they is a fix for this but over fixes the problem.

I have had to buy these a lot, but this time I figured out the spring.

I have had to replace this part a few times on my battery powered weed eater. However I wasn't using the spring, and now that I am using the spring it seems more durable and hopefully it will last longer.

Fit fine

It snapped right into place and works just fine. The caps tend to wear down when you touch concrete or stone while trimming the edges of one's garden but that's the nature of the beast.
