good for the money

A big time saver!

The only reason I didn't give the cover 5 stars is that it seems a bit small. Our pool is a 15x30 oval with 6 inch side rails. Like any cover, this leaf net cover is supposed to sit with no tension on top of the pool, and it is not supposed to be stretched. The problem is that it just isn't quite big enough to sit like the instructions say when the water level is lowered for the winter. In our case, we lower the water just below the skimmer for the winter. The solid, winter cover sits nicely around the edges like it is supposed to. We put this leaf net cover over the winter cover and it has to be stretched (just a little bit, not a whole lot) to get it to fit all the way around the pool. This really doesn't pose any problems, but it just goes against the installation recommendations and is supposed to void the warranty. With that said, having this leaf net has already proven to be a HUGE time saver. We installed it earlier this fall before the leaves started falling. Now that many of the leaves are done falling, having this leaf net over our winter cover made taking the leaves off the pool extremely easy and fast. We pulled the leaf net off, emptied the leaves from it and put it back over the pull in a matter of minutes. Without the leaf net installed we had to scoop the leaves off of the winter cover which was very time consuming. I wish we had used the leaf net years ago when we first got the pool. As far as the durability of the net, since this is the first season using it, it's hard to say, but judging by the look and feel, it seems like it will last as long as any other cover as long as we take care of it. The stretching issues I mentioned above will hopefully not effect the lifespan too much. I would definitely recommend this leaf net to anyone with a pool and would not hesitate to purchase another one.

Love this so far….

It’s mid jan. And so far I love this leaf net on my pool. It has stayed on really well, appears to be catching all the leaves . I’ll update when spring comes

Wish I would have known about these sooner!!!!

This thing is great! We put it on over the whole above ground pool(12x24) and the leaves just blow off while rain flows through. We now live the South so a complete pool shutdown is not necessary.This is going to make cleaning it in the spring so much easier!

Somewhat works

We have a lot of trees in our yard and have always used a leaf cover as it a tremendous help with keeping debris out of the pool. We needed a new net as ours was old and ripped. This does its job, yes, however Not like our old one did. The netting on this one seems to have larger spacing and therefore smaller debris like those helicopters that fall from the tree, still get in the pool. It would have been worse if we didn’t have the net on at all so for that I’m grateful however the netting holes should be made closer together where smaller things would still just fall on top and not get through.

Very easy to install

We’re trying something new this year. We put the solar cover on then this leaf net over it rather than the rain & snow building up on the solid cover. Think we may have a winner

This leave net works great.

The leaves just keep blowing off the top of my pool. This works great, I'm sure opening the pool next summer will be much easier.

Easy cover

This cover goes on so easily . Yet gives great leaf protection . I don’t use the cable in the summer . I just wrap the excess around the posts here and there . Holds beautifully

This item is not as pictured. It appears the pictures are taken from another site which I had seen on discount pool and spa. I did select to return this and went to discount pool and they have the great quality one.

Not big enough

The description said that it was bigger but it was too small for a 15 x 30 pool. I had to order a larger one

Great for above ground pools

It has lots of tarp for over the edge which is great for us because we live in a very high wind from every direction on the top of a hill with no bearers to stop the wind. Holding on great so far????????

Came faster than the actual pool.

Haven't used yet since this came before the pool did. We have to assemble the pool first, put this on and then I will do a review on it.
