Simple method to confirm you are getting what you paid for.
I pay a dollar per gallon premium for ethanol free fuel for my classic cars and small engines. This check lets me know I got what a paid for. Easy to use but recommend you watch the YouTube to understand what is happening to the ethanol (mixes with the water).

Easy quick check
Simple and quick.

Great for testing E85! And made of glass
It works as advertised. Perfect for testing ethanol in lawnmower gas. I’d like it to have more graduations between 20% and 70% for testing E85. But it works great for me, and I can mark it with a sharpie if I want. I also like that it’s glass so it won’t break down from fuel

Works very well
Purchased some regular unleaded and found 10% Ethanol. I heard some places allowing up to 20% so this is an easy way to determine what you are getting for your money.

A quick way to tell if you have E0, E10, E85, or somewhere in between.
This tool is very simple. Yes, you can do the same thing with a graduated cylinder and a good reference. No, you aren't going to read this to the nearest percent alcohol content. But this will tell you if you have E0, E10, E85, or somewhere in between, without lab glassware, and without contaminating more gasoline than necessary. Someone had suggested a beverage container as a substitute, and I just have to wonder what they are going to do with that much contaminated gas, and how much they hate the environment, or any engine they feed that wet, octane deprived gas back into.

Quick and easy
This readily allows you to test the ethanol content of fuel. Ethanol degrades fuel lines in my 40 yr old cars and is hard on lawn mower engines. Since getting away from it is to expensive this is the next best choice- 10% is considered tolerable.

Works as intended, a little unclear where to stop filling
Does what it is supposed to do and is well made. Instructs you to "Fill to neck", not too clear. No leaking once sealed (so far). Not a precision measurement it but does the job it's advertised to do, hence 5 stars. For more precise percentages, get a bigger kit with more demarcations.

Expensive but simple/effective
Running a classic car, ethanol in fuel is a great worry as it degrades rubber fuel lines and damaged carburettor components. Really expensive for what it is but couldn’t find anything similar for less money. Been a reassurance inasmuch as I am finding and proving that Esso Supreme remains ethanol-free here in Kent. I leave the required amount of water in the tube ready to test each time before refuelling. Should ethanol prove to be present it will clearly show and I will need to then add the ethanol treatment which I always carry. So far not needed thankfully.

Simple easy to use, but expensive
This little vial helps to determine the percentage of ethanol in gasoline. I test regularly as one of my vehicles require ethanol free premium. It is however rather expensive for a small glass vial.

Exactly what I needed. Better than other offerings.
Of all the options available, this is by far the simplest and best for basic gas checking needs. All of my gas equipment needs zero ethanol. I use this to periodically check the “ethanol free” claim from local gas stations. If it saves me one carburetor rebuild, then it’s paid for itself.

It works very well
It is an eye opener to use this and see the amount of alcohol in the gas you buy . I would recommend this to anyone with a collector car or motorcycle , or even an old lawn mower etc that was not designed to run on gas with ethanol in it.

Overpriced for what it does
Not much to say aside that it does the job that it's meant to do, but it's ridiculously overpriced for what it is.
