Stop - Be aware of this product

I ordered this product in June14 2021. I used it as per the instructions suggested by the manufacture. 1-It never reaches the max temperature they advertise. 2- The thermostat burned 3 months later with moderate use. 3- When I called the manufacture, they did not care the product was register and refused to acknowledge warrantee. 5- Customer service blamed my application which is utterly irrelevant since I have followed the instructions carefully. 6- The manufacture refused to repair the heating belt even though I offered to pay for the repair. 7- The manufacture refused to receive the product to inspect and if I insisted on inspection, they will have to charge me a lot of money for inspection. I totally advise against this product and due to the don't care attitude of customer service, I will be careful buying any production of this company. I deserve a full refund.
