Mint. Exactly what I needed.

I installed the old one about 20 years ago and the fan started to act up recently. It's an enclosed self lubricating fan and lasted a good 20 years. I've been taking it apart, washing out all the dust and dirt. I lubricated the whole piece with a premium silicone spray and it lasted another 4 months. It started to freeze up again and again I did the same and it worked again. I could really see the wear and tear on the fan as well as the shaft. Rust was beginning to form and at most the motor would last another year at most. So I started looking for the motor and found a few after market motors for about half the price of the whole unit. The original OEM motor and fan assembly was a few bucks less than the whole unit. I decided to buy the whole unit and only using the fan assembly and even changing the cover. The old one was originally white and twenty years later it's yellow. This was perfect for me. Let's hope this fan lasts another 20 years.

Works well.

We replaced an old ventilation fan with this one with a light. It works well although we had to have a handyman install it because it did not fit the original space from the old fan. Otherwise it is nice to finally have light over our washer and dryer.

Easy Replacement

We had the same fan in our bathroom which lasted 30 years which finally had the motor freeE. It was easy to replace it with the new one since all the connections were the same. Works well

Quiet fan.

Remodeled our small bathroom and was looking for a quiet 50 cfm fan. This one was super easy to install and is very quiet.

One didn’t work and had to return . Other 2 work great.

I put 2 of these in and they are much quieter than our precious ones. I did have to return the second one because the fan didn’t work.

Works well, easy install. You can wire the fan and light to separate switches so they can be operated independently.

Install to rid of mold for the downstairs shower as no one bothers to air the bathroom after a shower. Very easy to install. Love the fan and light combination. Wiring allow them to run separately.

Works; Loud(ish) but not enough to hear in other room.

Venting functions as intented ; installation was relatively easy ( most of the problem is drilling the hole to the outside and running the 4" tube) Installed in basement washroom that's underneath a room. you can definitely hear a very faint hum from the bedroom if you listen real closely but not enough to disturb sleep. the "in bathroom" noise is on par with our other nu-tone if only a little bit louder. The Ive installed a 5000k 100w equivalent bulb and it definitely is not enough to light up the whole room, even as it is installed in the middle of the room. so a vanity light and a shower light IS REQUIRED.
