Nice puzzle but…

I was so proud of myself for finishing my first puzzle. I ran right out and bought a 18x24 frame for it so I could proudly show it off. To my dismay the puzzle is 18.25x24 so it didn’t fit. It took me awhile but I got it figured out but that’s just crazy. Why would they do that??

Beautiful colors! Pieces fit perfectly! Love it!!

We love Buffalo brand puzzles because they are excellent quality and come with a reference poster, which is key to a great puzzling experience! The pieces really fit into place well and don't easily fall apart when moving sections around. This puzzle was just challenging enough to keep us from being frustrated and giving up on, but easy enough for my 9yr old to work on. If you love your adopted doggies as much as we do, you will love this puzzle!

Absent customer service

I purchased this puzzle after purchasing the same one at Walmart. Both puzzles had the same 4 pieces missing. If you go to Buffalo web site, they will replace a puzzle , but only from a select list. My puzzle wasn't on this list. I called Customer Service, got a real person. She wasn't helpful in any way. Working in Customer Service, I know there is a way to make a customer happy, she didn't see fit to do so. I would NOT recommend this brand of puzzles. When I visited the BBB ,they had a rating of 1.2 stars. Enough said. Stay away if you are looking for a quality product.
