A modern yet traditional clock

It showed up with the pendulum weights in the bottom of the box and needed to be glued back on. After changing batteries out several times we still have not been able to get the pendulum to work. It is keeping accurate time though. It will be going back to Amazon as soon as the holidays are over, as I do not have time to find a new clock right now. I paid $140 and I definitely don’t think it is worth that. The body at the clock looks fine but is really just made from a cheap piece of paneling. Also, be aware, this clock stands out a couple of inches from the wall due to metal frame. I wasn’t aware of that until I bought it.

Hard to read

Beautiful piece. Just too difficult to read at night. Misleading description. It says warm cherry background when in fact it is warm walnut. The contrast is just not enough against brass numbers. I'll probably paint over walnut background.

Gorgeous! i was worried, but

I love this big clock! its exactly what I wanted in my family room area! This is very well made and put together perfectly! So far it keeps great time and is whisper quiet. The pendulum moves, but without sound and I think this is the best of both works. The clock is definitely a thumbs Up!

Great craftsmanship

This clock is stunning. Well worth the money. It is very well made. The craftsmanship is evident. I love the fact it fits in with my mid century modern furniture, but would go with any decor. The pendulum swings quietly and makes a peaceful atmosphere.

Beautiful and Accurate

The clock is pretty and we enjoy the sound of the pendulum. It isn't loud by any means, but when you're sitting in a quiet room you can hear it softly ticking. And it keeps great time!
