Unbalanced!

When my cat jumps on the tail it completely tips over. But thats my only complaint, otherwise she loves and uses it daily.

Cute, but my cat isn't crazy about it

Cute! Upright, it is tippy. My cat will sometimes put his weight more on the tail and it tips over on him. I put upside down and it is more stable. My cat it a tall and lanky fella. This would be perfect for a smaller sized cat.

Too small for grown cats

I really wanted to love this we whale. I bypassed it several times, opting for the tear shaped scratcher instead (very good choice BTW). My cats went right to it as they were used to the other shape by this company. Sadly, it's just too small and tips over easily when my cats try to use it. My youngest found he could use it if he stands on it. Not a good reaching scratch, but he can sharpen his nails. Had to purchase the teardrop one to save the couch from my other fella. Cute, but you'll want to choose wisely and bypass this we beasty.

Great for kittens, not larger cats.

Weight distribution causes the scratcher to tip if the cat is not on the correct side. However my kitten loves it, my adult cat does not due to the tipping.

It’s good for kitten not adult cat, cute but not steady to use

It took almost three month until my cat would like to have a try to scratch her nails.... my cat is four and half years old and she is obviously too big to use this wheal scratcher... She takes very cautious when use it because it’s not steady... I suggest to buy this beautiful but not steady scratcher if you have a kitten, not a adult cat. Your kitten would love it because of it features! A tiny bag of cat nip to help cat to use, not too much but enough. I sincerely suggest to buy a simple scratcher if you just wanna your cat to scratch her nails.

My cats love this.

My three cats love this and use it all the time. My only complaint is that it should be a little bigger as it is getting shredded up so fast, but that's a small issue. I will most likely order another one when this one is used up.

Cute, but smaller than it looks

The media could not be loaded. Georgie loves his flat scratch pad that allows him to get on top of it and scratch away. But, it's about worn out. This thing looked so darned cute! But it's much smaller than I expected. Our kitty (in the video) is only 6 mos old, and weighs 9 lbs. There's just not room for him to feel like he can get up on it and scratch. So, even with the little bit of catnip they sent with it, he mostly ignores it. For further reference, the vent behind the scratcher is a normal heater vent.

Not that good

Bought product based on reviews..sorry I did....my 2 cats do not use it n it is not sturdy at all..in fact my cat onyx got on top n it tip over...she got scared n did not go back....well I have to buy the regular scratchy pads.
