Bought the cheapest I saw while researching and so far, I am very impressed. Gotta do a bit of math to figure out the ratio since it does not have a dial like other products, but I am still very happy with it!

Solid, cheap, confusing to use

Picked this up for applying herbicide to a blackberry infestation too large for a pump sprayer. It did the job, but I'd recommend a dial-type sprayer for a similar application. Build quality is solid. It's a simple product, but seems to be tough molded plastic and not heat-welded parts, so tough enough to knock around. It's slightly confusing to use in terms of mixing. Rather than choosing an oz/gal ratio like on a dial sprayer, you need to calculate out how many gallons total solution you need to apply based on square footage, fill with the appropriate amount of concentrate, then top it off to the line marking total gallons. Not great for spot applications, and try remembering that process when you only use it a couple times a year. Other criticisms: very coarse flow control with the thumb lever—I ran through my whole tank in a few minutes— and an air inlet hole on the top that will quickly leak out the contents if not set totally upright. Well built product, like most of Chapin's various sprayers and attachments, but not particularly versatile. I'd recommend the Chameleon sprayer, especially if you have a number of different types of concentrates as it screws directly onto a number of different bottle sizes.

Hose sprayer

Siphon is very low please. No rotating hose attachment on spout. Would not recommend.

Just Don’t buy!

It simply doesn’t work - there is more water coming out from the 2 little holes on the side of the green nozzle (hose pipe side) than from the nozzle end itself! Returned - simply don’t buy.

Disappointing

Thought it clipped directly to hosepipe attachment. Actually needs other parts before it can be used which is NOT explained anywhere in the sales bumf

The spray nozzle is not the best - an uneven fan spray.

Likes - sturdy will last a long time. Dislikes - the spray it produces is fan shaped but it does not evenly distribute the water. Heavier amounts of water at the centre and lighter toward the edges of the fan.

Can be used to bathe your children

I bought this to "shampoo" my lawn. That's where you spray baby shampoo mixed with water on to r grass to help with water absorption, or something like that... Well, kids were running around like little animals, so I started spraying them with the shampoo/water mixture. Was lots of fun and smelled great too! Anyways, fun ended when the neighbours started threatening to phone the police on me for spraying my kids with herbicides...I told them it was shampoo, now they think I'm even crazier.

solid bottle only problem is writing will disappear very quickly as poor ink used
