The shape is very convenient for me and for my dog

I got this as an alternative to my dog’s regular Kongs, and it has pros and cons vs. the Kong. First off, I got a size large because that’s what my dog has as far as Kongs but it seems slightly deeper? Or maybe it isn’t, but something about the design of this thing, my dog (80 pound pitsky) gets frustrated and can’t seem to get whatever is all the way on the bottom. He will leave yummy lil smokies mixed with peanut butter at the bottom and I can only assume it’s too hard, not that he doesn’t want something that makes him drool in anticipation. Other than difficulty reaching the bottom (will try medium next time), there are some really nice features to this thing. His teeth haven’t left any marks on it, it can’t roll away and get lost, it stands nicely for filling, it’s easy for him to keep in place when extracting goodies and it fits efficiently in the freezer. It’s also probably harder for him to hide/bury when outside, so I MIGHT give that another go.

XL size = brilliant for Malinois! Am buying three more! Tip: buy corks also (read below)

This XL size cube is our Mali's favorite. He enjoys slurping at the frozen contents and chewing on the rubbery cube itself. So far has withstood many re-freezings and chewings. Cube is sturdy but flexible enough with the right "give" to keep him satisfied. The top hole on the XL (1 cup) size is big enough for him to lick down to the bottom of the cube. Buying three more to keep in rotation! Suggestion: also buy some tiny cork plugs if you want to fill the cube with liquid. Then you can stand it up on end and freeze it. Makes for a nice liquid (although more messy) treat on a warm day. The "drain" hole on the bottom of the XL (1 cup) size is between 1/8" and 1/4" wide.

Very basic and both of my dogs love it!

It took me a few weeks to even use this bc it looked so boring amd inthoigjt my dog wasn’t gonna care about it. But I followed the directions of filling with kibble, putting a little water in and then sticking it in the freezer. They ate the kibble out on the deck yesterday and loved it. It’s not one of those containers where they could lick things out which is what I prefer but this is something different, so that’s good too!

**DONT EVER BY A KONG AGAIN, SERIOUSLY**

The media could not be loaded. I used to buy Kongs but was getting frustrated with the rounded bottom when freezing the tears. Like a normal person, I don't have room in my freezer to put a whole cupcake tray in there like I've seen recommend on pinterest. I've tried several other treats: chewable where you have to buy new treat disc's that only work with their product and are too pricy for me *eye roll* and didnt last long, the penguin chillables -- which I liked at first because of the flat deign and no holes but just didn't keep my dogs busy enough and didn't have much space to fill. Other fillable treats with lots of holes where the kibble and such falls out -- too easy. Here is the very simple reason why you should switch to these instead. THE SHAPE!!! 1. The shape makes it super easy to fill and freeze. It still has a hole at the bottom that needs to be plugged, but these are able to stand upright on their own. I sometimes set four on a Tupperware lid to freeze. And once they're frozen you can easily stack them where the fit best. 2. There is so much room to fill! I feed my dogs less of their normal food in favor of giving them one of these treats a day. I fill them with different goodies (peanut butter gets old and has too many calories in my opinion) so I use things like whiting fish (that I fry in a pan with a little salt), bits of cheese, little ham cubes, pumpkin puree, various baby foods, Greek yogurt, ricotta cheese, unsweetened apple sauce, ripe bananas mushrd up that I freeze in ice cube trays (I hate waste), blue berries, strawberries, baby carrots, the list goes on. For the savory treats add bone broth (because when chilled in the fridge it already is a little more congealed so it's not as runny as regular broth). This creates a great frozen cube. 3. The square shape makes it easier to clean ultimately and the dogs can get everything lick things out better even towards the end where I usually find food left over in the kongs that the dogs just can't reach at all. 4. THIS LASTS TWO HOURS with my dogs. The Kongs usually only last maybe 30 min before they're done with them and they always still have residue that the dogs can't get to, and is a huge pain for me to clean because of the narrowing shape and ridges. 5. Even when using it just for dry or non frozen treats, the square shape makes it more difficult to move around to get the treats to fall out so even in this regard it is more stimulating for my dogs. I love how long they keep the dogs occupied, and how easy to freeze and clean they are. I'm mad that I already wasted so much money on Kongs. I got the large for my two larger dogs, and the medium for my chihuahua. There was no small available and I honestly wouldn't want to go any smaller than a medium for small-medium dogs. I'm going to keep buying two a month until I have enough to meal prep all at once for my three dogs. JUST BUY THESE ALREADY! (Since I can only post one video per review, the next time I buy, I'll show the dry treats)

Keeps him busy!

I love this it’s durable, we leave it in his crate with him and I know he gnaws at it.. when he’s out he throws it around and thankfully it hasn’t broken anything! It is made heavy and I can’t fill 1/2 a cup of kibble but it is a good amount. I also seal it with pumpkin or peanut butter and I sometimes add other food

GSDs are obsessed

I 100% recommend this product over similar ones. They stand up on the counter so they're easier to fill, they're a nice bright color so they're easy to find when the dogs try to hide them.

Dogs love it!

We were given one of these first our first dog and he LOVES it. When we got our puppy, we knew we had to get a second and she LOVES it too. Keeps them entertained and in the summer it’s a nice cool treat! Very engaging and would definitely recommend!

Great for slow feeding and stimulation

I purchased the XL for my 50 lbs. husky. He LOVES it. I pack it with his wet food and freeze for the following morning. One frozen cup of his food took him more than an hour to finish - I like this because he is alone when I am at work and it helps tucker him out. I combine this with a snuffle pad and it is like he had a great brain exercise while I’m away. He’s happy and so am I. Definitely added life value. My only complaint is I’m not a big fan of the small hole on the bottom. I’m sure it’s there for a reason, but I filled it once with water and carrots/freeze dried kibble and it made a mess as it thawed. It’s definitely great for wet food - not nearly as messy. Otherwise keep it plugged. Maybe a cork plug could be added by the manufacturer instead of the customer using tape? Or some type of plug that is friendly if ingested on accident. Either way, tape isn’t a big deal but I don’t leave him alone if there is tape on the bottom.

Use it every day!

This thing is great! I use it every day as an interesting way to feed my puppy a meal. I have the 1/2 cup size and I’ll layer different things in it. For example, I’ll put a bit of kibble on the bottom, then some cut up blueberries, more kibble, more blueberries, more kibble. Then I fill it with water, let it sit for a few minutes, drain it. and then freeze. The next day it’s a meal and keeps her busy for awhile. Once she gets down so far she needs a bit of help so I loosen the food a bit with a chopstick and she can enjoy it for awhile longer. I don’t use it with spreads like peanut butter, I use a Kong for that. It is quite heavy compared to other fillable things and is very durable. My puppy seems to chew everything and she hasn’t wrecked it yet and I doubt she will. She likes it so it’s a win, win!!

Dog wasn't very interested

I had high hopes for this but it disappointed me. I followed instructions and my dog could care less for it. Maybe plays with it for a few minutes but then walks away. I was really hoping he'd take a liking to it since it cost me a pretty dime.

Awesome!

My 120 lbs lab loves it... Kept him busy while I was on work call for over and hour. He loves this thing!!! I'm going to buy another one for our new lab puppy. The only thing I'd like is if they had a stopper at the bottom of the hole. Would make it easier to let the kibble soak and my dog likes the ice forming in the toy.

Not Labrador proof

I brought this in hope my lab wouldn’t ruin it, he did within about 2 weeks. Even though part of the top have been chewed off, I still use it. I wouldn’t buy again
