I knew that the package was damaged before I ordered it. However, since the item was solid metal, I decided to go ahead anyway. After receiving the curtain hook backs in good condition, I noticed a very nice note on the package thanking me for giving the item a second chance.

Perfect

Prior, I had purchased some tie backs and although they were beautiful, it’s just too much work and I needed something pretty simple. These are simple! Whenever I want my curtains to go to the side, it’s an easy thing to do versus having to put on and remove a tie back.

Average quality but not "finished"

I ordered, exchanged, and then just returned these curtain pull backs. They showed up scratched (shiny layer showing through satin nickel paint) and rough twice. They are somewhat poorly made. You can see the hammering of where metal meets metal. That wouldn't be so bad, but then you see scratches and nicks revealing the layer below. The pullbacks are sloppily spray painted leaving droplets of what looks like debris that dried under the paint. These imperfections wouldn't be noticeable from afar if that doesn't matter to someone. But with the plethora of other options, I don't think it's worth it to accept this level of finish on an easily replaceable product.

Poor Quality

I rarely leave reviews, but I thought this was necessary. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and I thought that this would do. The first time they arrived, one was fine and the other was covered in rust and the paint had flaked off in the bag. I requested a replacement. The second pair arrived in the same condition. I am going to send these back and, honestly, buy a different product. You may get lucky and get good ones. I got the black ones - perhaps the others are of better quality.

Very nice. High quality and the bronze finish is very nice. BTW, the ball screws off for easier access to one of the screws.

Quality Holdback

I purchased these hodlbacks for my livingroom sheers and I couldn't ask for better although they would be just as fine for a heavier drape not only are they attractive but the quality of these holbacks are awesome they are made of a very durable solid steel and were very easy to install I've already gotten great compliments .

That are fantastic and look great! They are slightly flimsy where it goes from thick to thin but still very sturdy! I have heavy curtains on it and it holds up very well. Definitely recommend

Pieza llego un poco abollada

Están de buen tamaño pero una de las piezas llego manchada y un poco abollada. No es tanto el daño como para regresarlas pero aún así no quede 100% satisfecha.
