Perfectly wonderful!

I love Circulon. Pots and pans. You just can’t beat it! But of all the frying pans I’ve purchased, these are a little different and even better. Wash them with a soft rag, and don’t let anyone use a metal utensil in it, micro oil them and they’ll last forever. Keep the felt in between them too. I guess and moon stick pan should be treated this way, but these Deserve to be treated this way. They’re that good.????????????????

My new favorite pans!!

I purchased these pans as a Christmas gift for myself in December 22, and I am loving them! I've always been frustrated that the midsized collection pan sets available on the market never seem to include the size of pans that are used most often, or that would be the most convenient. I never wanted to shell out for all the extras in a large set that would include the sizes I want. This 9 and 11 inch duo of fryers are the perfect compromise. They have seen daily use since the beginning of January for breakfast and dinner dishes and still look brand new! As advertised, food does not stick to these pans, and cleanup, even by hand, which I prefer, is a breeze. If you are used to the thinner bases of supermarket brand pans (I was for the fryers) you'll notice that they take a little longer to heat up, but once hot, there is consistent heat distribution. They make an excellent sear on meats. I can fit three large bone-in chops at a time in the 11 inch pan, and the 9 inch is perfect for making omelettes that are easy to turn against those high edges. I got them on sale, but even at full price, if you're looking for a long-lasting, heavy-duty pair of fryers, look no further! Five Stars.

Love this little skillet!

Perfect for scrambling a few eggs or cooking something for one or two people. Cleans with just a wet and soapy cloth; dishwasher safe but we just hand wash because it is so easy!

They are wonderful

Excellent Pan

We have had a much larger pan like this for years, with good result. We bought this smaller pan to replace a cheaper pan that had seen better days. This pan is as good as the one we already owned, and we are very pleased with it.

The Circulon Circles are Difficult to Clean

I think the designers of this cookware should actually use it in their kitchen for a month, because then they would agree with me that those Circulon circles ridges are unnecessarily difficult to clean. However, this is a solidly engineered pan and it looks like it will last a long time.

Truly non stick

I love these! Truly non stick pans. I even burned something a little bit and nothing stuck to the pan. Super easy to clean.

Amazing Pan

I went to the store ultimately to purchase the Anolon or calphalon 8" and 10" pans. I have some of those brands at home in other sizes, and wanted to keep with the same brand name. I always thought they were quality pots and pans. As I was looking, I came across something else out there. This brand called Circulon. This store I went to had this brand Circulon "Symmetry" entire set on display, and they looked awesome. I was able to pick them up and feel them. Absolutely beautifully made. The whole set of pots and pans were stunning. And they felt excellent in my hand. Lightweight and the colors are very cool too. I didn't need the whole set. Just the pans, but they didn't have just the pans for sale. Amazon did though. So I made the purchase here on Amazon. They came undamaged and just as expected. They cook absolutely incredible. True Non-stick. Can use in the oven. Disperse of heat is excellent. The shape is perfect how the walls roll outward. Feels and Looks great on the stove. Feels and Cooks great on the stove. I love these!!! Nothing against Anolon or Calphalon, they're good too, but those boys have just been out played. In my opinion, these are way better!!! One day I will be replacing my entire set of pots and pans into this brand. Excellent quality!!!

Nice solid pans with riveted handles.

I tend to add a small amount of butter or olive oil when I cook, and when I do, these pans are very non-stick. The 12" pan is larger then I expected so I ended up also buying the set that comes with the 9" and 11" pans. I make a lot of fried eggs, omelettes, burgers, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, fried rice and stir fry's and everything cooks up great, doesn't stick, and cleans up super easy. They have a nice solid flat bottom and the pans lay nice and flat and seem to heat evenly. They are somewhat thicker then the cheaper more generic pans they are replacing in my house, so they take a little longer to heat up and I tend to cook things with a slightly higher temp setting. I'm thinking of buying a set as a Christmas gift. Quite pleased so far.

A nice looking skillet

Have used it now on three occasions , and still non stick , sorry to be a optimist but have had LOADS of non stick pans, this looks the business , but will write a report in 6 to 12 months time if OK then i will buy more . i cannot fault the quality of the pan in its make up. the delivery was very good. thank you

Good quality

I was looking for a 12 to 14 inch pan but unfortunately could not find one. The pans are good and I hope they stand by their warranty. Unfortunately my pan arrived with a chip on the outside. I should have returned it, but even though I have prime, delivery dates on all items I have recently bought Have been delayed, so, I decided to keep them just out of sheer frustration. My sister has a Circulon Pan which she has used for about 20 years.
