I wish I had half size smaller.

I was looking for hiking boots when I've tried one of these in man's version (just for fun) and it was love at first site! I never had anything like these. So I startet to search in women's version , but I have found nothing. Not even in Europe! I was literally crying, I wanted them so bad!!! I had to order from here, but I was lost in mesurments... I usually wear 40, I have 25,5 cm sole lenght and a very very narrow feet. I thought 40 would do. But it doesn't. ???? It's wide and too long for me. There's 0,8 cm room at my toes and it's uncomfortable. I want to return it and ask for a half size smaller, but not before a HELP from you. If someone would tell me, the size 39,5 is how many cm has inside. Please! It's written on the boot's tongue. Mine is 9/40/26. Tank You!

Not Waterproof

It is advertised in description that these shoes are waterproof….they are Not 1st time walking in some snow slush the bottom of toes of my socks got wet Will be returning Disappointed Otherwise they are comfortable ???? I need waterproof to be able to walk my dog

Narrow

I love the design and color. I love that it's one level without a raised heel. I love that these shoes are sturdy, being well-made. I've gone through so many shoes, to return them all. These hurt my feet. Mostly my left. The ball of my foot feels like it's got a wad of wrinkled sock under it. It isn't the sock. My foot is being squeezed. I'm going to keep them and try to have them stretched. Be aware that they are narrow. I half-filled a quart-sized freezer bag, placed it in the left shoe near the toe box, and then placed it in the deep freezer. That helped a little bit. I wish they had of had wide widths

Uncomfortable

If you wear thin socks these are uncomfortable. A little disappointed to be honest.

Comfortable, Ankle support, Stinky feet~ a little too waterproof (Not breathable)

These are good hiking shoes~ the toe box bends odd and can hurt my toes but i think that's this pair specifically. They are tagged as waterproof and my feet have never stunk before wearing these shoes. They do not breath and your socks and feet will be drenched and stinky after a short time.

True to size

Not Waterproof

I bought these mainly for walking dogs over the countryside where I live as I don’t always want to wear wellies. They are very comfortable but they are not waterproof. So if grass is wet my socks are like in the picture. I don’t wade through water but they don’t keep you dry even in wet grass. Disappointed as I bought them cause they say they are waterproof and normally Columbia is a good brand

Have used it for almost a year now, on multiple treks in the western ghats as well as the higher Himalayas. It is the best amongst all that I have used so far. It is waterproof (not sure hope long this will last), probably have to use the waterproofing spray. But it has done a great job while crossing small streams and ponds. Grip is great on all terrains. Looks durable too. Combined with wooden socks has kept me warm in sub zero temperatures. Absolutely loving them!

Impressed

My usual size is 8 but I knew from previous Columbia shoe purchases to go one size up. I ordered a size 9 and it fit perfectly. Just want you to know that they are usually a little smaller than regular shoes so buy one size bigger than normal if you want them to fit. These arnt narrow they are a good width in the toe area. I opened the box and thought omg are they going to fit? They looked so small for a size 9 but fit perfect. Great quality hiking shoes. The insoles are actually quite soft and airy. I'm impressed. The price was good at $104.00 for the grey ones with red laces. I could probably even wear them in winter because they are apparently waterproof as well.

Nice boot!

Excellent product, glad I read the reviews for size. I usually wear a size 10 so I got a size bigger....fits really nice around the ankle for support but I like that the shoe box has some room so you can wear bigger socks if you want and your toes don't crunched together. Super light and they don't make your feet look big. Nice colour too.

Impressed

Really impressed by these boots. As i read they run smaller so i bought a size bigger than I usually get & they were the perfect fit. Comfortable with normal socks but also has a little space left to wear thicker ones in winter. Didn't rub or irritate from very first wear & they look great too. Coped well in wet, muddy weather & left my feet feeling warm & dry. The only thing I would point out is that my mum purchased the exact same boots, but had to return them because they were too narrow a fit.
