Good for cosplay

I ordered these for a cosplay I am making. The fit is great, even for my large thighs, but they are cut like doll socks and there's a seam that goes down the middle of your foot, and they only stay up if I'm wearing tights. Other than some comfort issues, these are pretty good for the price.

First off, the pair I received are no where near as "bad" or "cheap" as some of the other reviews say. I'm not saying these are class A thigh highs, but they are very nice & definitely worth this low price. They fit me amazingly & I have very long, thin legs. (I was worried based on other reviews they would be baggy.) Actually, they were a little snug. They do slip a tiny bit, but I have double sided fashion tape, so it is not a problem for me. (I recommend you buy some too, or get a garter.) They also are a little wrinkly around the feet, but you get what you pay for. If you pull very tight/high and tape them there, its not too wrinkly. But honestly, they look very sexy on so I highly doubt people will be staring at your feet(; Just pair with sleek, shiny heels & you'll look hot & sexy. This is definitely worth the price, I am happy I bought these.

No elastic band, decent shine, & sturdy fabric

The first and foremost thing is these will not stay up without a garter belt. The material itself is somewhat stretchy, but there's zero elastic in the thigh band. The shine is decent, and the material is soft to the touch. The material is also of high quality given it did not appear stretched out upon removal after an evening's worth of wear.

These things are amazing!!!

I owned a pair similar to these several years ago and I've been looking for a replacement pair ever since. The first pair I had were made by Monster, and although they were extremely sexy, they didn't last very long at all: seams ripped, top plastic (PVC) layer peeled off after less than a dozen wearings. These stockings by Coquette are delightfully tough, well-made, and extremely sexy. The only drawback is they're not stay-ups. There's just a light band around the top that lets them fall back down fairly easily. Nothing that a garter belt can't fix though!! They're fairly tight and snug overall, except for the top part around the thighs, and I have average size thighs. Love these -- should have bought three extra pairs!! The material seems tough and manufactured to last. Price is a little high, but worth it, really. They're not as slick and shiny as the first pair I had, but they should last a lot longer. They remind me of the lamé material found in most tight leggings nowadays, like the ones sold in Target made by Xhilaration. You can actually see and feel the grain of the material, but I think it's a necessary tradeoff.

Hot!

I bought these for my wife and damn does she look sexy in them. They are exactly as they look in the picture and seem to fit well. My wife is shorter, so they do bunch up a little, but otherwise they fit fine. The only complaint I have, and the only reason I didn't give them five stars, is that the top of the stockings isn't great. It looks almost like a homemade elastic cuff with ripples - it's not a flat, clean line. It's not what you would expect from something made out of spandex, but may have been needed to keep them from falling down. With that said, we haven't had problems with them falling down, but it could have been done more tastefully. Otherwise, very reasonably priced and very happy with the purchase.

They got the job done!

I wore these with a leotard and 'wet look' gloves for a Comic Con costume. I looked amazing, and I think these thigh highs were to thank! I will say that they was about 1/2 an inch of slack around the thighs. I am 5'4" and 110lbs so I expect that "one size fits all" typically doesn't apply to my size. However, I was a crafty Caitlin and I purchased some double-sided DUCT tape to help keep them up as a garter just would not have worked over my leotard. The duct tape held up all day, sitting, standing, posing, walking, etc. (Yes, etc.) The double-sided duct tape DID completely remove all of the little hairs on my upper thighs, but the pain was well worth the compliments I recieved from guys and girls alike in a setting where almost everyone was in costume!

No stickem to stay up.

These are great other then there's no backing to keep them up. Didn't want to use a garter for the look that was being gone fore so had to improvise a bit. Overall these are ok but would per almost perfect had they put a stay up backing on them.

They're....weird!

These are weird!!! They fit fine, although they slip quite easily. The weird part is in the toes...they are sewn to a point at the toe. It literally looks like my feet are wearing a winter hat! All they're missing is a pom-pom. Imagine it would be highly uncomfortable in shoes/heels.

Leather thigh high leggings

Ok so these are perfect for what I need them for. Which is a photo shoot. They wouldn’t work for me for an all night thing because they don’t stay up when I walk. But that’s not what I need them for. I am a plus sized girl with thick thighs! And there’s fit. So sizing isn’t an issue. The look is exactly what I need. Perfect
