These glasses are so comfy.and the flex on them make them great any other glass that I have bought like Maui Jim's have broken just cleaning them.so there a good buy.price could be lower but I think that there a great buy no matter what.thank you for a really great product.

Looks great, feels great, doesn’t last

I have two pairs of these glasses in different lens / frame colors and they are fantastic to wear. Unfortunately, as many have mentioned, the lens cracked where the screw for the nose bridge meets the lens to the top of the glasses on both frames. While certainly much of the fault lies in the design, I do have to buy 60mm+/XL frames generally, so likely some of the premature failure is due to stress on the frame. For now they are holding together, but I anticipate having to replace both pair soon. One is around eighteen months old, the other six months, and both are subjected to light-to-normal wear and tear and rotated between many pairs of glasses (so not subjected to daily wear — though both were very comfortable, so found their way into the rotation frequently). It’s very disappointing, and while these are cheaper than other Costas, it’s hard to justify the cost for less than a year of light use. If I see a revision by Costa to improve the strength, I would give them another shot, but I don’t know that I can pull the trigger again before then.

Costa's best lenses - period.

I'm an avid Costa fan and I always recommend them when asked. I have and have owned multiple different models over the years. So I'm familiar with every lens shade and color, (glass and plastic) that Costa makes. I was first introduced to them by my fishing guide in Islamorada about 15 years ago. While the green tint on these isn't my favorite color, the contrast and clarity have always been superior to others. I have the same lenses for my Fantails for fishing and I use these lightweight, plastic lenses/frame for golfing. Every time I offer to show a friend how clear and eye-calming they are, they end up buying a pair. So if you can find them for around $100, buy them! They retail for $279 and are even worth that. But there is a difference of contrast between different colors/shades of Costa lenses. Maybe do a 7 day trial if unsure? Best of luck...

Light weight and comfortable

I've owned 5 pairs of this brand and product. If I only quit losing them cause you won't get them back. Comfortable, light weight and great for sunny days. Especially on the water! Love them

Possibly fakes

The 580P engraved on the lenses doesn’t match the font of my store bought costas. However, they are clear & have held up thus far.

Every bit as good as Maui Jims but at a better price

Have been wearing Maui Jims for years. Thought I would try a pair of Costa's out. I found them to as nice and comfortable as the Maui Jims but at a much better price

Bed quality lenses

Nice design , BUT after 10-15 min starting big pressure to the eyes , headache . Costa replace with new ones for extra 100$ , so total spend 290$ and its same thing . I have another model and they are amazing , so probably this model made in different country and different quality of materials on lenses .
