Enchanting tongs!
Having used the 9.5” version for years, thought the 7” would suit my relatively small hands. They do! They don’t require strong pressure to operate, move easily, and effectively, are long enough for anything not spattering extremely violently. Am delighted with them. I hang my tongs over the sides of a utensil crock, so don’t much care if they lock or not. Indeed, I was unaware my larger ones did so till I began to look into shorter ones. The locking mechanism works smoothly, might even begin to use it. These are neat, minimalist tongs, well designed, not bulky. Comfortable in the hand.

Well made, wonderful little pair of tongs!
Great little pair of tongs, I would not recommend cooking with them as the handles are not long enough. But they have non slip grip, since the tongs are silicon, and the locking mechanism is easy to use. Well made and handy. I will be placing an order for a few more of these!

You could live without these but why would you want to?
What a delightful little object that I didn't imagine could exist but it turned out that I did "need" them. Of course one could live w/out these and I have for over 60 years but they're so perfect for small fried foods like pot stickers. If you pull the ring of the tongs they stay in a closed position and are easier to store. Truthfully, I look forward to cooking because it's fun now. (I realize that this sounds like an ad and I might sound pathetic so I'm glad my last name isn't here.)

Nice little tongs
So small yet surprisingly useful. I find these have become the most used tongs in the drawer. Unless I'm sauteing something in a large pan where I need to keep my hand far away from heat or splatter, these are my go-to tongs. Stiffer than expected to lock/unlock, tho.

Too strong
I like the size and the appearance. However, the spring is too strong, you have to apply too much pressure to pick up the items in the pan. I would not buy it again, but it is not as bad as to return it either.

Great spring design!
They work well and I like the way the spring in the handle has been eliminated. Solid design. Unfortunately, I received Black and really wanted Red!

Great small tongs
Easy to use. Sturdy silicone covered surface won’t scratch your pan. Nice for smaller hands and selecting small items.

Great tongs, just stiff
Having arthritis in the hands make these more difficult to use. They are very stiff to squeeze but pick up stuff securely. You cannot judge how hard you are squeezing something with them so sometimes you will squish the item you are picking up.

Cuisipro tongs are my favorite tongs
Hands down, all cuisipro tongs are amazing. Full stop. This is due to the orientation/style of the locking mechanism. They are the only tongs I've found that can lie/hang flat/flush, don't rattle and operate smoothly whether you pick them up "face up" or "face down" -- aka, the locking system is symmetrical and in-line with the arms. Perhaps I'm a bit OCD about my tongs. But these hang very well too. I actually find I use these small tongs a lot more than I thought I would: tweaking the position of something I'm plating, pulling out the toaster oven tray, picking out pickles, plucking bits of bacon out of a pan... I use these tongs pretty often. They come to a succinct point and they their small size gives me precision.

Small But Strong
Got these to replace other tongs Ive used where I keep pinching my hand. Easy to hold and sturdy, and haven't pinched my hand. Shows you that sometimes less is more.
