Great for on the go

This product is great for mobility. I take mine when I travel and it’s easy to use. I gave it 4 stars as I don’t think it gets as warm as say a heating pad but works really well. Still would recommend for soothing aches and pains.

Perfect ice packs

I always keep these on hand in the freezer. If my knees hurt and I can’t sleep I get up and out these on. They stay out all night no matter how much I move in my sleep.

Overheated and it blew up.

Appears to be decent product but I heated it to much and it blew gel out the side. Think I'll go back to bean filled pad.

works well and flexible to fit all areas

this works great as an ice pack or heat pack. it doesn't get as hot as a hot water bottle but works well enough. i really like that it remains flexible after being in the freezer. there's nothing worse than trying to get a cold pack molded just right on a sore knee. I've used different types of hot/cold packs before but this one seems more durable with its fabric cover.

A real lifesaver during my cycle

I received this Curad Ironman Hot or Cold Reusable Compress in good condition in the product cardboard box. I ordered the "Large" variation which is an 8×12 1-count compress. It comes folded inside of the box. The directions are listed on the box, as well as printed on the compress. It can be frozen as a cold compress or heated up as a heating pad. I've only used it as a heating pad and it's saved me on a few occasions. There are times where I am woken up in pain and surprised by my irregular cycle. I take pills, but in the meantime while they kick in, I'm able to use this compress to soothe the pain. The fact that it is reusable and malleable makes it very easy to store. Price is good for what it is, would definitely recommend.

Nice cold compress

This is a pretty nice cold compress. I really like that it has a fabric like coating on it and it stays flexible even when frozen. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't stay cold as long as others I have used. Overall I would recommend though because I think this type would be best in certain circumstances.
