Great for frizzy hair
I’ve been using this for about ten years. I have a lot of hair and it tends to frizz. This helps control amd smooth it.

It’s ok
I have low porosity, relaxed hair and was looking for a hydrating shampoo and conditioner. This brand/product was recommended on multiple sites for relaxed hair. The shampoo isn’t drying to my hair but definitely dried out my scalp. The conditioner seems a little thicker than a generic brand but in not sure it’s worth the price. I’m glad I bought the smaller versions and will continue my search.

Product is great, shipping and not adequately packaged, not so much
Love the product, and will use again,, however issue is with how the product was packaged and received. Not worth the hassle to have to return for an exchange or refund when the product is leaking all over.

Product delivery was terrible.
This product is amazing, however, the delivery was terrible. The kid was cracked resulting in over one-third of the product being lost. The NouNou is excellent for damaged hair and I purchase it regularly. However at a $40 price point, there needs to be better packaging.

Only get half the product
Product seems to be legit but the jar only came half full. I got same day shipping so it wasn’t in the mail for long so that’s a bummer.

It seems the real deal
I try this one because my hairdresser recommended it. She used it on me and I was impressed on how much better my hair looked. I have color, swim and only use products when I’m washing my hair once a week. This one really moisturizes and provides shine to my hair. The container comes seal and seems original. Worth the money

Amazing!
This literally has brought my hair back from the brink. It has been colored for years, blow dried, straightened, curled- you name it, anything damaging anyway. My hair cuticles were thick and coarse, frizzy, and no matter what, it woukd never really look healthy and shiny. A few weeks after using this product, my hair was drastically improved. I was actually shocked how it changed the texture of my hair that fast. Fast forward a few months of use, my hair is shiny, smooth, and even guys I work with who woukd never notice hair tell me my hair looks good!! I never write reviews (seldom) but this has been such a blessing that I found it.

Great production, not great delivery from Amazon
Product I love and would recommend for dry hair that wants shine and hydration. It does just the job. Best conditioner I've used in a long time. I got it after my hairdresser used on my hair. My hair looks so shiny and healthy with this conditioner and the matching shampoo. It's not cheap but worth it in my eyes. The delivery of the product was poor. First of all it arrived in unsealed Amazon packaging with the product leaking out of its container an onto the inside of the cardboard packaging. This was delivered by Royal Mail. I sent it back that afternoon to my local Next store. I ordered the conditioner again with the hope it was a one off. This time it was sent by DPD. It arrived the next day intact. The delivery driver knocked very quietly once on my front door then walked off with the product. My husband went to the door straight away as he heard what he thought was a knock at the door. The delivery person was just leaving and my husband caught him just in time. The delivery person didn't give a chance for the door to be opened. Just started to walk straight off. Got my conditioner in the end. Sorry a long winded review, I hope you dont have the same issue!

Nice product, terrible packaging.
Nice product although it didn’t detangle as well as other conditioners I’ve had. It smells lovely and works well with the shampoo. I purchased this on recommendation from my new hairdresser as she felt the bog standard stuff from Boots wasn’t water soluble so was likely weighing my hair down. I do have coloured hair which I straighten frequently. My biggest gripe with this product is the packaging; the plastic box it comes in cannot survive shipping, mine arrived damaged and I spent a good 10 mins just getting it onto another container. Please improve your packaging Davines! The shampoo is in a great bottle, why can’t the conditioner in 250ml size be in one too? Otherwise would recommend.

Damage and no solid packaging
Product itself is a good one as I’ve been using this brand for many years. However the way it came was but disappointing as no solid packaging and half of the conditioner leaked inside of the wrap and envelope. Shame.

Brilliant Treatment
Been using this treatment for the past 3 months on my transitioning hair and it is brilliant. A good thick consistency so that is doesn't just slip right out. Hair is noticeably softer and shiny would 100% recommend for thicker hair types

Packaging really poor
Packaging really poor- cling film which made me initially question the authenticity of the product. On use though it was evident it was top quality product.
