Works with "Thermaltake The Tower 900" perfectly, but ...
... no screws? Are you kidding me?? Lack of such a small consideration cost these casters two stars. What kind of slouch manufacturer would do that? That said, these casters' 4 holes lined-up with the outer 4 holes on the chassis perfectly. No drilling, etc. was required. Merely "turning the wheels" allowed accurate use of a screwdriver. Bolts are nice and straight. Rolling of the chassis seems effortless, but the unit is not yet built, so I cannot comment on the weight specs beyond a total weight of ~50 lbs. Will update this review someday in the future....

Fast shipping, good quality product.
Ordered these to replace a wheel on a coffee table I am restoring. I was excited when they arrived the day after I placed my order, only to discover that they had sent me the wrong product. Instead of sending me the casters with the plate, they sent me the one with the insert. After making sure the mistake was not done on my part, I easily printed out the return label and used the same envelope I received them in to send them back. The next day I dropped the package off at the UPS store around 10am and had a refund by 4pm on that same day. As far as the quality of the casters go, they looked very durable. Even though there was a mishap on my order I was satisfied at how quick I received the package and how easy it was to return them.

Probably okay except weight rating is grossly overstated. These are rated 75 lbs not 110 lbs.
I have several pieces of furniture on wheels of various types. These appear to be of acceptable quality however I ordered these based on the weight rating which is stated as 110lbs per wheel in the product information heading. The package I received states on the back that the weight capacity is 300 lbs per four wheels. So 75 lbs per wheel. I was planning on using these for a filing cabinet but fear 300 lbs may be too low compared to the 440 lbs I was expecting. Also, these are listed as "Waxman" also sold in a blue big box hardware store (look the same with weight rating at 75 lbs per wheel) but brand on packaging is "SoftTouch". Hope Amazon and vendors can improve on the accuracy of product information especially where a misleading piece of information such as load capacity could lead to damage, injury or....

These were exactly as described and I am thrilled at how easy they installed. I am very pleased with them and did what I expected them to do. the only thing was there were no screws that came with it. It was no big deal cuz I had some already.
