Perfect for Excalibur dehydrator!!!

Just got my dehydrator. Got some of the no stick sheets. Loved the fruit leather, didn't like them. Cleaning them was a total pain. Searched and searched. Found these. Rejoiced. Took a chance and ordered them. Best Thing Ever. Seriously. They are like a gift from heaven. They fit perfect. I don't have to wash them. Sanitary. I don't have to wash them. There's 1000 of them. I don't have to wash them. At the current price of around $76, that comes out to about $0.69 per batch of 9 trays. What a deal, especially since I don't have to wash them! Check my pictures to see the simple hack I came up with to keep them from flapping around. All you need is 36 medium sized binder clips. If you have a Excalibur dehydrator, buy these right now!

Great in a Dehydrator

These are working wonderfully with my Excalibur dehydrator. They are priced right compared to the Excalibur parchment and they do not contain quilon. These are priced well enough so that you can use them instead of the reusable silicon mats. I have found that the mats tend to dry slower than parchment. While they are reusable which the parchment is not (beyond a certain point), the difference in drying time offsets the cost of the parchment.

Best stuff since sliced bread! Nothing sticks to it, Put it underneath anything in the microwave, throw the drips away. P.S. Thanks for Not calling it 'parchment paper'. It is NOT paper, it is vegetable parchment!!!

Pressing Rosin? Only Stuff That Works!

These sheets are a joy. I've been through so many different parchment brands for my 10-ton rosin press. From Kirkland, Reynolds, to Press Club sheets. Press Club was the only brand that didn't bleedthrough, but it has SO much silicone, I wonder if you're getting some of that in your rosin... These Dixie sheets are amazing. No bleedthrough, not a ton of silicone, natural paper that is combed in one direction, and YOU GET 1000! I cut these down the middle, so technically you can 2000 6x12 sheets, which is the perfect size for my plates. And, Hey! If you make pizzas, even better!
