Snazzy looking jacket

This particular jacket is worn by my 16 year old kiddo, and has been for the last ten or eleven months. The only time he's not able to wear it is in the summer. For winter wear the jacket has a quilted liner and fleece collar that do a decent job of keeping him warm as long as the temp doesn't go below freezing. For warmer but still chilly weather, he's able to remove the fleece collar. The jacket actually looks better with the collar on it - more like a real bomber jacket. He likes it both ways though, and it looks good on him. The pleather (aka polyurethane leather) has turned out to be quite durable and the entire jacket has turned out to be extremely well constructed. He wears this ALL the time, and I'm really shocked that the jacket hasn't ended up with any scuffs or spots that are beginning to peel, any loose threads, or any stretched/pulled seams. The jacket has areas where the pleather has dulled a little due to wear and rub, but nothing that has damaged the actual material. The cuffs and hem knit fabric haven't developed any holes, just a little bit of pilling that is easily removed by a fabric shaver or new razor. As for pockets, this one has two on the waist, one on the upper arm, and one interior. The interior pocket is good for a wallet as it zips securely closed. The arm pocket is a little tight and a little small to put much of anything in it such as a phone. Maybe a space house or car key, or extra cash. It has two slide pockets on the outside of the zippered portion, and those really aren't good for anything other than looks. The two waist pockets have side slots where you can keep your hands warm, and vertical pockets that have a flap. The flap covered pockets are great for holding your phone, though if you stuff to much in them they poke out and throw off the shape of the jacket. Washing this jacket was a worry even though it says it's machine washable. Good news! Washed on delicate in cool water and dried on the lowest setting of the dryer, this jacket came out A-ok. Shocker. It's been washed a couple of times since then, and as long as you are careful and make sure to not put it in the dryer on high heat, you should be good. This has been an amazing jacket, and you probably couldn't find much better for the price.

This "Dockers Men's Maverick Faux Leather Sherpa Collar Aviator Bomber Jacket (Standard & Big-Tall) (Standard, Large, Black)" is a great jacket! It fits very well, is super comfortable, and looks great! Definitely recommend!

Well Made Faux Leather

This "Faux Leather Aviator Bomber Jack" from Dockers and made in China is well made. It's of a medium weight with room enough to be worm with a sweater and still be comfortable. The 'Sherpa' collar is removable and the entire jacket is machine washable. The jacket has two front flap pockets, with two pockets to keep hands warm, a small zippered left sleeve pocket with sewn on pen/pencil pocket and an interior zippered pocket (chest left side). Sleeve and waist bottom is elastisized and the exposed front zipper is heavy duty. I like it.

Very chic and sexy bomber jacket, similar to what Tom Cruise wore in the movie Maverick, except in black. The faux leather is soft to touch and looks close to real leather. It doesn't feel fake or plastic. This aviator bomber jacket has plenty of pockets on the outside, sleeves and inside the body. The sherpa collar keeps your neck pretty warm during winter. I only wish it came with a hoodie, at the same time it would take away from its look. When my dad tried this bomber jacket on, my mom fell doubly in love with him!!

Really great jacket.

I'm always on the hunt for good-looking jackets, and I'm really glad I got this one. I'm 5'4", 160lbs, with a 38in waist and this jacket fits me well in a Medium. I would say it's a good-looking slim fit on me. The sleeves are a good length as well. I have no issues with the fit on this jacket at all. It has a quilted inside, which is nice and warm. I checked out the stitching throughout the whole jacket, and didn't see any issues. There is an interior zipper pocket, which is always nice. There is also a zipper pocket and some really slim pockets on the exterior of the right arm. I wouldn't put anything important in them, but could be good to stash a pen or something if you need to. I just want to elaborate that the fleece lining is removable, but not the whole collar itself. Not an issue for me, I love the collar look, but I feel like "removable sherpa collar" in the description still leaves some room for confusion. The fleece is held in place by 3 snap buttons and a zipper, which are pretty secure. It's not coming off unless you want it to. Overall, I've worn this jacket many times now and I have no regrets.
