Expect to break them in

The bad first: Hate that these were delivered on a snowy day and left on my porch without a bag to protect the box. Totally soggy by the time I got home. There was a small scrape on the right toe, but I decided to accept that because I plan on *actually wearing* them and scuffing them up. The laces are AWFUL. Way too skinny for the job- I need to be able to pull on them, especially on new STIFF boots, and they cut into my fingers. I thought the boots had hooks, but they are not lace hooks, just brass looking eyelets. Hooks would be SO MUCH EASIER. I don't like the seam on the hee,l either. I wish they had a zipper. I wish they weren't so heavy. The good: other than being poorly packaged and the seam on the heel and the crappy laces, these boots are made to last. The leather is STIFF AF, so definitely plan an extended break-in time. I love the look and the little heel. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Get yourself a pair!

AMAZING boots, super comfy, super stylish, can be worn with literally anything. Used them two days straight at a music festival and can't recommend them enough. Third picture was after the two days, I wiped it down with some water and they literally look brand new. You need to get yourself a pair!! highly recommend.

Love them

I am a hair stylist and group fitness instructor who had plantar fasciitis for nearly two years. It wasn’t until I started wearing Docs while working at the salon that I finally fully recovered. These are my second pair of docs, others are 1460s. This style is definitely heavy, and do start out quite stiff, but I had no trouble wearing them at the salon all day right away. I do have to watch which socks I wear, just to make sure they’re high enough. Overall, I love them!! I’ll wear them year round: whether I’m in sweaters and jeans or tanks and shorts, these will be on my feet!

Love the style!

These boots are so cute and well made. I was afraid that they would feel too heavy but in the smaller size they were quite comfortable. I tend to be in-between a 6.5 and a 7 so I ordered a 6 and a 7 and ended up going with the size 6. In a larger size I felt more weight around my ankle and felt like i'd be more prone to tripping so was happy with the size 6. From other reviews I've read it seems that the Doc Marten's line stretches a bit overtime so looking forward to breaking them in more. These shoes go with so many different outfits.

So comfortable

These are my first pair of Dr Martens. I purchased a Chelsea boot previously but they were too heavy for my liking. While these have a bit of weight to them, more than the ordinary boot, I don’t notice it once they’re on. I’m still in the process of breaking them in, but I’ve worn them out multiple times in a row and no blisters or tenderness. Love them and the chunky look! Also- I went ahead and clicked on “others may be selling these at a lower price.” I got prime shipping, a pair in pristine condition, with just the box damaged for over $50 discounted off the regular price. See if there are anymore left!

Beautiful and fits!

This shoe runs true to US sizes. I have wide feet so they’re going to be snug for a little, but had I ordered a size up they’d be too long in the foot. It’s a great looking shoe and even gives a little height boost with the heel. I can’t wait til I fully break them in.

Most comfortable Dr Martens ever

They didn’t need breaking in. Absolutely amazing boots. Style is classy, fit is perfect and I just love these boots. I’m normally a 6.5 so got a 7 and with socks they fit perfect. I love them and would buy them in every colour!

Beautiful boots

They're lovely boots. Nice height, feminine and very comfortable. The leather is soft and I imagine if the Size is perfect, they will fit like gloves. They're on the heavy side, where each weighs around 900ish gram. Sadly they're too big and my feet are swimming in them. Go down half size if you can. I have wide feet and these boots are perfect. Return on Amazon is great. Thank you
