Love these!!
I had foot surgery 6 years ago, so finding footwear that is stylish and comfortable is near impossible. I've literally ordered and returned 6-8 pairs by now, but found a winner in these booties!! I love the "merlot" color - so versatile, and the insole is SO supportive and comfortable. The opening did rub against my ankle for the first day or two, so wear them with socks or have bandaids on hand, but now they are broken in and it's my new favorite pair of shoes. I normally wear a 7.5 wide, but sized up to an 8 and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend! I wish I could get a pair in black, but they're sold out.

Very comfortable ankle boots
I bought these boots last minute because I broke a shoe and needed something to wear. I need good quality shoes and chose these based upon previous reviews, style and price. I wore them all day the first day I had them, and they were pretty good. By the end of the night the stiffness was bothering my feet a little, but boots usually need to be broken in before they’re all-day comfortable, so it was expected. What I didn’t expect was being able to wear them all day just a few days later with no issues whatsoever. Now it’s been about two weeks and I love them! They are my favorite dressier boot and I wear them almost daily. Great buy, would recommend them.

Super Cute- RUNS SMALL!!!
I really, really like these boots, but, sadly, I can't wear them because they run small. My perfect size is an 8 1/2 W, but I can usually get away with a 9, which is what I purchased. Unfortunately, they are too small. I bought a 9 1/2 in a different style by the same manufacturer which fit well.

Soles are so comfy, top rim is painful
As other people mentioned, the top rim rubs the ankle something fierce. I decided not to return them in hopes that maybe they would break in and then not rub...Fingers crossed because they are so cute and comfy except for that one flaw!

buy a half size up - narrower feet may find these more comfortable
This is a cute boot BUT I would have preferred it went up higher. I have slim ankles and it cuts in a bit when I walk. I always buy boots a half size larger (I am and 7.5 medium width) so ordered an 8 and it just fit There will be no wearing thick socks with these. :-( All of that aside they look good with pants and has a very comfortable padded insole - which may contribute to the snug feel. No break in needed either.

Awesome booties!
I'd been looking for affordable comfy botties for a while and had bought and returned so many but I stopped the whole madness with these booties! I kind of have wide flat feet and these booties are really comfortable for my feet! True to size and lots of support. Highly recommend these! And I got them for $25, what a steal!

not terribly comfortable
This was my first purchase of shoes from this brand. I assumed it would be very comfortable. I find that it rubs around the ankle and is painful if you're not wearing high enough socks... which defeats the purpose if you're trying to create a certain look. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend if you're sensitive to rubbing while you walk. I've worn them a few times and can only tolerate it if I have high socks.

Just what I was looking for!
Perfect little black bootie. I wear it with dresses and tights. Not a lot of cushioning inside the shoe, but still comfortable enough. I’m happy with these boots! Great price, too!
