Don't Press Too Hard or Rev It
These do not come with the bit. If you press too hard and don't take a lot of passes these will wear out fast. These are for fairly delicate finishing tasks - and for taking off some finishes/paint too. Take your time and don't max out the revs. Start slow and adjust to faster revs until you get the desired affect and continue to use a light touch. If you can't get the result you're looking for like that, you might need to look for heavier duty stuff. All of that being said, so far they've done a nice job buffing out some scratches on metal and taking paint off a small box. If they start to wear faster than they should following all of the suggested use strategies, I will update this review.

Not really worth it for me
While I love the quick lock attachment and these sanding pads are measurably larger that the non-HP counterpart, I have to feel that durability hasn't really been great. They do last longer than the non-HP but to me I feel like it is just because there is more material and surface area. It's like saying a towel absorbs more water than a washcloth. That said, they work just as well as any Dremel brand attachments and do a great job of what they are suppose to do. Fair warning, stay away from hard metal edges like you would find on a key because it will eat the pad for lunch and have you shaking your head that $5 just disappeared before your eyes. For what I use them for the standard abrasive pads do just fine.

love the EZ Lock attachment
The EZ Lock attachment system is so convenient that it mostly makes up for the high cost of these. Time will tell if they end up being more durable. I hope they are because I really hate when I have to change tools and use something that isn't EZ lock.

Works beautifully but won't last long
I'm using this so sand down supports left on my 3D prints. As such, it works great for larger areas, obviously. It attached to my Dremel in a few seconds with no modifications. And it takes down those support lines quite well. The only thing I noticed that wasn't so great was that it seems to wear down quite quickly. After about 10 minutes of sanding, the disc size had been reduced about 25%. There are a lot of consumables that go with a Dremel tool and replacing them is part and parcel of the craft. I just didn't expect it to go quite that fast.

Awesome Product
I refinish furniture for a hobby. Some antique chair backs can have a lot of closely placed spindles that a sander does not fit between. I admit I am too lazy to sand all of that by hand using a thin strip of sandpaper. A pencil sander just doesn’t fit into the grooves. These wheels are flexible enough to fit into the groves and finish the sanding. These are definitely for detailed finishing work and not just general sanding. I have never had a bad Dremel product, and these did not disappoint. I highly recommend this product.

Great sanding wheels for the quick change EZ-Lock system! Works well with a flexshaft!
I discovered the Dremel EZ-Lock system about 6 months ago while working on a project so I already had the mandrel prior to ordering these abrasive buffs. You will need the EZ-Lock mandrel to use these. The EZ-Lock system makes it easy and convenient to switch between wheels. These 180 and 280 grit buffs make quick work of sanding metals fast rather than doing it by hand. These grits also add great texture for jewelry work in a cross hatch or circular pattern. I use the EZ-Lock mandrel in my flexshaft with a pendant motor and it works perfectly.

Lasts longer than expected
I used these to clean the grit from the corners of my tile. It works very well on ceramic too. My concern was possibly damaging the finish, but luckily that wasnt the case. My second concern was how long these would last. while my tasks werent too strenuous, these dso show promise with its durability.
