The only rollator for my mother

I purchased this for my 87 year old mother who lacks balance/strength on her left side (due to a stroke). She has other pricier walkers and rollators but this is the only one she will use - not just because the shorter height is perfect for her but because it is lightweight and easy for her to maneuver over door guards, etc. She needs to rest frequently and stay hydrated so the seat and storage underneath for her bottled water are perfect. Personally, the light weight also makes it much easier to get in and out of the car. I did take off one star because as others said, the nuts do loosen and fall off...you need to check them and keep spares just in case (available at any hardware store). Admittedly, her other rollators are more heavy duty but they are much more expensive (in addition to being bulkier/heavier). I just ordered one for her younger sister who doesn't use the rollator from her health care provider because its too heavy and they don't offer one like this (seeing my mother use hers, it's what she wants).

Very sturdy, accomodates transporting portable oxygen unit

This product will be used by an elderly friend who lives in assisted living and is now on oxygen. The compartment below the seat will make it easier for her to get around outside her room with her portable oxygen tank. Just what she needed!

Perfect for my 4’10” mom

We got this for my 80 year old mother because her walker wouldn’t go through our 24” bathroom door. She needed the shorter handles because of her height. On the lowest setting, it is the perfect height for her. We had to move the wheels and brakes onto the inside of the frame to get it through the door, but it was easy for my handy hubby to make the adjustment. She is still getting the hang of a walker that moves faster than her old walker but is learning how to use the brakes to aid her. You can teach an old bird new tricks!

Lightweight, sturdy, useful seat and storage bag

Purchased this for my mother who is having trouble ambulating. She loves the color, red, which is very metallic and brilliant. Height is adjustable and I lowered it to her short frame of less than 5 feet. It is very easy to ambulate and light weight enough that she can lift it over small height variations in our house. She uses the seat and likes to roll over to the front door where she sits and looks out. The breaks hold but we seldom use them. It is easy for fold and light enough to lift into the car. The plastic storage bag is useful but not very sturdy. My mother has loaded it with numerous things that it was not designed to hold and two snaps and the strap have broken. I will need to buy a new storage bag soon. Overall sturdy walker that has still functions well and looks good.

Nuts from the walker get unscrewed and lost

OK walker, but we already lost half of the nuts that hold it together. Clearly not great and dangerous for an elderly person who uses it.

This rollator is awesone!

My 89 year old Mom is very petite, 4' 8 tall, and this junior rollator is just perfect for her! She has so much more stability with this instead of just her cane and now enjoys getting out more and not having to worry so much about falling. We love it!

I like the quality and price

Arrived just when I needed it. I like the quality and price, and perfect for my 5 ft size, but it was heavier than I expected. I purchased this for when I am out and about by myself so I am responsible to lift it in and out of the car. The weight does make me feel a bit more secure when using it. I am also thinking of buying a bungee cord to keep it from collapsing when I do take it in and out of the car.

This had to be the worse packaging I have ever seen

This had to be the worse packaging I have ever seen! It was simply thrown into a box with only plastic around some piece. So everything bounced around inside. The brake cables are not secured to the frame so they flop around off to the side waiting to catch on something. I had to zip tie them to the frame as shown in the picture. My only other complaint is when in folded position there is no way to secure and keep it in the folder state. Other than the above the product seem to work as intended.
