Poor zipper, no half sizes

The boots themselves are comfortable and warm. I'm a 10.5 and usually when I can't get a half size I'll go one size up to 11. These feel much bigger than any 11s I've had in the past. I likely could have gotten away fine with a 10. Not the biggest problem though but my feet knock around a lot in these boots. Probably the biggest reason I'm disappointed in these is the zipper. I think the zipper would have been better served on the side. Only a few minutes after wearing the boots the zipper is completely undone. It will not stay up. Makes the loose fitting size 11 even worse. I wish the zipper stayed up because otherwise these are really good boots but that zipper not staying up makes them pretty useless.

these boots are wonderful in every way except the zippers. needs a clip or hook to hold them up, maybe attached to the tongue?

Boots work great in snow. Comfortable too. The zipper will slower unzip after 10/15 minutes of wearing.

When I received these boots from Eddie Bauer I was pretty excited. They look well built and have an excellent high traction outsole (see pic from the previous reviewer). slipping into them the comfort and fit was just great. On my initial inspection, the zipper seemed fine, which was a concern of mine based on some reviews on Amazon. With all of the positives mentioned, I was ready, almost excited to try out the boots on a rainy winter day. First off, I had one heck of a time pulling the zippers up while on my feet. Ok, so they need to get worked in I thought. Heading out the door I noticed the boots felt loose. I looked down and the zippers unzipped! So I struggled again to zip up the boots, and again after walking just a few steps in them they unzipped again. I took them off, put on my trusty Skechers hiking boots, and went to work. The next morning I applied for my return authorization from Amazon. Shame because they could've been great boots.

Too big

I bought as a gift for husband. He has really narrow feet. He liked the looks of them but returned because there was just too much room in them.

great shoes, wonky zipper

Love everything about these shoes, but the zipper won't stay up. Going to have to get it replaced.

Warm and comfy

These boots are very warm and comfortable, very well insulated. However, the zipper is hard to zip up and easily falls down which is quite annoying.

Cheap product, soles come lose and zip don’t work

Poor quality for such a brand the sole came out on the like the 2nd time wearing them the zip doesn’t stay done up, take my advice waste of money avoid these boots

El zipper no sirve.

A los pocos pasos, el zipper se baja. La bota no se mantiene firme alrededor del pie y la pierna. La función impermeable y la retención de calor son buenas.
