WiFi isn’t so fly
This product is intended to be used as heated blanket that can be controlled via an app through your WiFi. I have placed the controller (wifi receiver inside I presume) on my carpeted floor, one story above my router. And I can barely get the thing to work. My phone at the same spot has excellent (full bars wifi). But the device constantly drops in and out of wifi and displays no internet connection. This makes it unable to be controlled via the app and all your left with is a button on the controlling device… would not recommended this product

Must get out of bed to adjust temp
I was unsuccessful in getting the Bluetooth to connect. The cord for the controllers are too short to put the controllers by or on beside tables. As a result, we had to get out of bed to adjust the temperature. Dumbest thing ever.

Really really nice
Loved it it quit like over a year later and they replaced it promptly I was amazed Bad thing they don't have an application for android. So all I can do is use the button on the box that supplies power to it. And that's wide open heat so no letting it warm you on warm. We would have to turn it on before bed and turn it off before we get in so we don't cook

By far the worst product I have a bought online.
This product is a joke. Is it truly an Eddie Bauer product? First, the wires to the controller are so short you must leave it UNDER the bed. Their solution is to put the bottom of the blanket at the head of the bed so the wires will reach. If you don't, the controller is out of sight under the bed. No mention of the hazard if you were get tangled up in the wires lying right around you. Or the scratchy and huge "use and Care" label right where your arms will be. Also, although it is a smart device, who's had a smart device that never needed access to the controller? The instructions themselves say that to restart in the event of a power outage you must press the power button. So fine, when the power blinks, get up in the middle of the night and shimmy under the bed to press the power button. Yeah, right! And how do you confirm its on? Glance at the bedsise table? No! Wait until its warm? Or, open the skill on your phone? Or crawl under the bed and look for solid or blinking led lights. Give me a break! Major P.S. If you have a Sleep Number bed there is simply no reasonable way to get the controller anywhere you will have access. All this for them to save a few feet of wire. Add to that they don't know the difference between an Alexa skill or an android app as they interchange the terms in the "before you start" section. Never did find the app. And enabling the skill is so clumsy compared to other devices I've setup and use. also must ask... why should a product this expensive be limited to only a dull gray color?

Nice and cozy
I love that I can preheat my bed from the comfort of my living room using my phone. I deducted a star on the overall review because even though it is alexa enabled the voice command has to be absolutely the biggest pain to get worded just right to get her to turn it on. Using your phone you have dual controls on the blanket so where I like my side nice and hot, my husband can have his side set cooler so I'm not roasting him out of the bed.

Fine for manual use but not for automation.
I was excited to get a Heated blanket that I could adjust my side and let my wife have a bit warmer. I installed the RH SLEEP app and was able to get it to connect quickly but that’s where my luck ran out. 1) minimum on time 30 min 2) no schedule 3) no way to add to an Alexa routine. Silly me for assuming this would work like any other smart plug and I could say (or add step in a routine) “Alexa, turn on blanket” but that was not an option. Back to find a manual heater blanket with a switch (harder than you would think) that I can control with a smart plug.

can't connect with RH sleep to understand how this works with alexa
for the most part it works like any other electric blanket, turning it on at the bed touching the controller.. i tried many ways to get it to work with alexa, but it does not turn on the heat unless i hit the controller button, nor from the app.. maybe i'm missing something, i have an email to them to clarify this, but have not heard back from RH sleep.. i'm a little worried now, thinking i should have gone with the sunbeam one that works with alexa.. but the eddie bauer 'soft' blanket part is nice! but strange, it slides down towards the foot of the bed by the morning..

Wifi is awful
I just got mine today and the wifi is patchy. In and out. It’s not more than 20 feet from the router with a clear view. If this keeps up, it’s getting returned. I expect better for $200. Hoping manufacturer chimes in with a resolution….
