Basic Bassinet
If you are looking for a simple bedside bassinet this one from Fisher Price does the job! Love how lightweight and easy to move around the house this is, I can easily drag into another room with one hand if needed. It’s sturdy and stable as well. My only Cons are that I wish it was adjustable/could go higher and the sheet that comes with it is scratchy and rough! I ended up buying some other sheets on Amazon to fit the bassinet that were softer and baby likes more. If you are looking for a short term safe sleep solution for a newborn/infant this is a really solid budget option! I had a hard time justifying spending $$$$ on a bed my baby will only sleep in for a few months in my bedroom before moving into a regular crib, so I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to other moms!

You Need This!
This bassinet is perfect for a bedside sleeper or to use for naps in your living areas. It’s sturdy and low enough that I can peek in without having to get up from bed. Our baby always seems comfortable, and we love the mesh sides for when she likes to scoot over toward them. We are traveling soon, and I’m so glad we have this for that as well.

Not bad
Very spacious and a convenient bassinet, it's not that easy to fold, seems comfortable for a baby and it's a bit bulky , it's great for small spaces. I bought it thinking it was the rocker I used for my daughters a few years ago. I regretted it and was going to give it away but gave it a try and use it a lot more now.

Easy no frills bassinet!
I use the bassinet just for sleep and so this is perfect. Baby falls asleep and in they go to sleep. Nothing fancy! I do appreciate the mesh siding.

No more shrinking pad - the blue pebble design is updated!
I was hesitant to purchase this bassinet after reading the reviews that the mattress pad shrinks when you wash it. I do believe FP has re-designed this bassinet slightly (the new one is the “Blue” color on Amazon, with the pebble design). Now the pad comes with a separate sheet that you remove, you do not wash the entire pad. The pad itself is waterproof and can simply be rinsed or wiped off and only the sheet goes into the washing machine. I successfully machine washed and dried the sheet with NO shrinking. So if you are on the fence and want to avoid the shrinking pad problem, make sure to order it in blue! Otherwise, I love the design and functionality of this bassinet. It folds up easily, is lightweight and portable, but still feels very sturdy. Even though the design is “blue,” the colors are lovely and perfect for our little girl. Also, there is no permanently attached mirror on the blue version (or any mirror at all). Just a toy elephant that can easily be removed if you want. My 8 week old sleeps great in it and I love the mesh sides for visibility, air flow, and safety if she were to roll. Definitely a good buy!

Just okay.
I wanted a reputable bassinet that was easy to pack for travel or even just move from one floor of our house to another. This one can definitely do that, it’s lightweight and easy to pack up and move around. The two big issues for me are: 1. The mesh, while it is breathable looking, it is not nearly as transparent as the pictures make it look. I have two other littles and it would be nice to see the baby in the bassinet and not have to be right there looking down into it. 2. The pad is SO LOUD AND CRINKLY. It’s obviously plastic so that it’s waterproof, but I’m a little nervous any little movement will wake the baby up. I even tried wrapping a few blankets around the mattress and then putting in the fitted sheet and it didn’t help at all. Like I said baby isn’t here yet so I’ll check back after we try it out for a few nights but I’m currently skeptical.
