Hard seat, not comfortable.

I bought this chair because I was looking for one with a really well padded, soft seat. I have back problems, and sitting on a hard chair exacerbates them, so I was looking for something that was pretty cushy. This chair advertises that it has 5" of padding on the seat. The seat is definitely 5" thick, but the padding is really firm, probably because the seat was designed for people who are obese. Maybe because of that, the seat is also very deep, front to back. I'm 6' tall, but with my butt planted against the back of the chair for lumbar support, the front if the seat is digging into the backs of my knees. Again it's probably because the seat was designed for the truly jumbo, but the seat is just too deep. Bottom line is, the seat is pretty hard, and not at all comfortable. I'm going to have to get rid of it and find something else. As to other aspects of the chair, it was well packed and easy to assembly, just put the upright into the wheel assembly and then stick the chair on the upright and you're done.

As a fat guy, I love these chairs.

This is my second chair from this company/line. Good bottom cushion for prolonged computer time. Doesn't look ugly or bulky. I do recommend upgrading the wheels with the roller blade style ones if you're on hardwood floors though. Gives you an extra inch with the upgrades wheels if you're also tall.

Chair broke after 3 months. CRAP!!!!

only had this chair 3mo and the this distributor said too bad it only fixes or replaces at 30 days. they said to contact manufacturer. they are in Tiawon. Good luck with that. Now I contact Amazon to see what they can do. I never would have bought this if it didnt have at least a 1 yr warannty. which it said it did have. this distributor is not a good place to buy from.
