Very nice chair

This chair worked perfect for me while working from home the last couple of months. Comfortable.

seller good, chair not so much.

while delivery was fast and shipped in excellent condition and overall was as described [with the exception of the back angle being unnatural for a human being and the photos being misleading in that regard.] sturdy built and good quality materials, easy assembly, and no visible defects. however, i despise the chair. seat is comfortable, the back is not, the lumbar support is too low, the headrest pushes head forward and at 5'7 i appear to be TOO tall as the headrest meets the top back of my shoulders. the whole thing tilts one forward. [everyone i had sit in it - people of diff heights and weights - had same issue with forward tilt and too-low lumbar, and there is no way to adjust that. its noted that the seat back does not adjust in description, which would be fine if the back didht tilt at unnatural angle.] i'd rather stand for 14+ hours at my desk, as i work and game, than sit in this chair. i have no complaints about the company although im unhappy with their returns policy, but that is my own problem as i dont like to pay restock fees. no complaints for the seller, only the chair itself. would buy from them again, but not this model.
