Loafer runs small...

I buy loafers all the time and I typically buy 10.5 to 11 for size. This 11 was way too tight and uncomfortable to wear. I wore it to an event so will not be returning it, but am disappointed in how small and tight their apparent size 11s run.

Nice shoe but sizes are random.

Nice shoe for the price,.....but I had to send one pair back, the second pair fit much better. I wear a 10 1/2 EE,....every shoe I have is that size. I ordered a 10 1/2 EEE, (one size wider than I wear based on previous reviews), and couldn't begin to get my foot in it. It was way too narrow. Thankfully Amazon let me exchange it for the next size up, (11 EEE), which fit fine. Many other customers have had similar experiences based on their reviews. I really like this shoe.

Great Penny Loafer

I used to buy the LL Bean penny loafer every 2 years for $99. But I couldn’t find them recently when it was time to get new ones. These are just as good for $20 more. I’m going to stock up.

Old School and LOVE It!

These are the real deal! They are shiny, sturdy, have the real leather soul and heel which sound great walking down the hall and they fit great. They will take a few wears to break in and you may even have to put some band-aids on your achilles, but afterwards, you will love these dress shoes.

Not wide at all

There was no chance that my foot would fit in this shoe. Although labelled as wide, it did not seem to be so.

Only Individually handmade shoe would be better quality or comfort

Some will scoff at the durability of a leather sole, don't wear them without overshoes in inclement weather, but these shoes will mold to your foot in a way that rubber or elastomer soles cannot. Once properly molded to your foot, these shoes are incomparable in comfort, more like wearing a ballet slipper than a dress shoe. If you need high arch support you may need a pair of orthotics to slip in these, otherwise a thin insole is advised if desired. I prefer to use cordovan shoe polish that over time gives these shoes a purplish hue around the edges and I use black leather dye as edge dressing for the sole because it does not build up.

The Quality was Inferior

Florsheim shoes used to be gold standard. Every aspect these shoes was inferior. Last was shallow, stitching was not traditional. top pulled very tight leather puckering. Very very stiff. So sad here

Great Penny Loafers!

These Florsheim shoes are about as good as it gets. Great fit and a great looking loafer with of the highest quality leather materials. I highly recommend these shoes!
