Decent cotton bra for the price

I like the coverage in the front, it is shaped like it has a wire but it does not, and it is lightly padded and cotton/spandex, which is what I was looking for. My biggest complaints are that the liner to the padding that touches your boob is NOT cotton, it's like a nylon material. I don't know why it's so hard to make fully cotton lightly padded bras? No company has it, not even Lane Bryant. Also the material for the hook thing in the back is too narrow so that you don't feel fully supported in the back, especially if you are a bigger girl.

Mostly like it

The only constructive criticism I'd have is whatever they use for support underneath the cups is very rigid and digs into my side and rubs my arm. Maybe I got the wrong size? It fits great, looks great, and supports great! It's just the rigid support that's uncomfortable.

Comfortable but not soft material

The bra fits well and is comfortable. The two things I do not like about it are 1, the material is not soft, it's a little rough. And 2, the front center pokes out. I'm keeping the bra, it is ok just that those two things are not great.

Comfortable but too large in my reg. sz.

I have worn fruit of the loom cotton bras for years and thought I would try this style to avoid an underwire. I ordered my normal size I typically get fruit of the loom cotton bras in and this style, though comfortable, was too big. I will have to return it for a smaller size. I will agree with other reviews about the mid chest gap. Not sure if a smaller size would help with that?

Just did not like it, or the way it fit

First, I should say that my poor review did NOT factor in that Amazon didn't bother to ship the color that I ordered--I ordered black, it sent beige. Pretty irritating and starting to happen with disturbing frequency for items that are sold and shipped by Amazon. Second, and why I rated the bra only 3 stars over all: I was looking for a bra that was mostly cotton, with a little bit of stretch and no underwire. Printed on the fabric was the "tag" that said 95% cotton, 5% spandex, so I had high hopes. I also wanted something of a lining and since I could not get just fabric, I settled for purchasing this bra which was a soft cup (it had some sort of spongy material between the outer and inner fabric layers). I also wanted the bra to be washable, which supposedly, this one was. Try finding all THAT in black. As many reviewers have noted, it is getting increasingly more difficult to find all (or even mostly) cotton bras that look good, fit well and aren't horrendously expensive. I wear a 36C in some bras, or a 38B if the band is short, so I ordered the 38B. The "girls" are not as perky as they once were and are fuller in the lower area so I could fill out the bottom part of the cup, but less so the upper part. The "foam" in this bra could stand up on its own, leaving the girls less held-in that I wanted. On the whole this was not the look I was going for. Additionally, I found it hard to believe that the spongy material in the cups would survive more than a few washes in my washer, but I did not try that because I wanted to return it. I am in the process of returning it now for a refund. Fruit of the Loom could do better by women who want a nice looking, washable cotton bra in a larger size.

A little bit disappointed

Since it's almost impossible to get the Fruit of the Loom bras I used to buy at Walmart, I saw this one advertised and it looks the same except that it doesn't have underwire. I was disappointed because I had to buy a extra-large size to fit (which I used to get a medium) and the wire-free feature is not comfortable at all and the padded cup doesn't fit either. Sorry, you should go back to the drawing board for this one.

Not my style

Because of the style of this bra this was not for me, I prefer a more rounded cup. I requested a refund which was dealt with very quickly.

it is....fine.

not the softest but not scratchy, decent support but not very flattering, it will do - and very well made for this price point. issue i have is it tends to want to *jut out* at the top front between the breast, like not even just across between them but poke outward, it is just weird. tuck it back in and it stays...for a while, then *sproing" - i can see how smaller sizes might fit more flush but for us chunky bustier ones it is just...odd. if it was lower there would likely not be an issue, i am not tall so that might be a consideration. nice wide straps, no back roll issues, just the pokey part is weird. i will use it and just be aware of what i wear it with i guess.

This bra was a HUGE disappointment

This is the second 40B bra I've purchased through Amazon. The first one fit beautifully and is comfortable, but this bra is way bigger than 40 inches around and even if I altered it to fit below my breasts it would still stick out to a point where the cups meet (because of its poor design) so I have this sharp triangular projectile poking through my T-shirt in the middle of my chest. It's AWFUL. Do not buy one of these...even the fabric seems cheap and it's obviously not a true Fruit of the Loom product. Waste of $20+ dollars
