This product gets approximately 1 star, as the part that shipped does not fit the fridge. So back it goes. I got what seems to be a part for a dryer. Nice one, GE.

Replaced the missing piece
When we bought our home, we discovered not only a broken bottom shelf but a missing upper shelf. After some research on the GE website to find the precise part number, countless hours searching suppliers and resellers, I stumbled across this one. At a fraction of the cost of others, and no waiting for months or paying exorbitant import or shipping fees, I decided to order. It's Amazon, we all know that if it's the wrong part, defective, or broken when it arrives, that they help make it right. Well lo and behold, it arrived early and was the right piece. It fits perfect and out fridge is back to full function.
