Gold Bond Lotion = Magic

For years I would carry around a little squeeze tube of Gold Bond hand cream in my shoulder bag. If I had a scratch or wrinkle I didn't care for I'd put some Gold Bond into my cupped palm and rub my hands together. Then I'd forget about it and the next time I looked at my hands whatever the problem was it would have disappeared, just like magic! I guess they put the Gold Bond in those not-so-little squeeze tubes is so you can put them on their side on your dresser, on the vanity in the bathroom or... anywhere you might want to use a little lotion. And they wouldn't roll off--they couldn't because they are lying on their sides. Then I saw these big old bottles of Gold Bond lotion with a pump on top so I could put as much on my hands as I wanted. What a great idea!! Well when the big old bottles of Gold Bond arrived I was very excited to try this miraculous liquid as soon as I could get the shrink wrap off the big old bottles--quite a chore in itself. I got the shrink wrap off and I turned the spout to the left and just waited for the pumper to pop up so I could start pumping. I turned and I turned... and I turned some more, and more. The doggone pump wouldn't pop up so I could pump! Well, sheesh! No worries because I am a resourceful man. I'll find something else around the house with a workable pump, unscrew that top, unscrew the pump on the big old bottle of Gold Bond. Maybe I could find something else around the house that would work. A big straw? No I don't want to suck it into my mouth. It might smell good and be magic but I bet for sure it wouldn't taste good. So I looked and looked but nothing could I find. So I turned back to Amazon again and searched for a lotion jar with a pumper thing-a-ma-jig that worked so I could decant the magical Gold Bond lotion into the jar with a functional pumper and proceed to put some lotion onto my hands. Lo and behold I found Cosywell Plastic Pump Bottles with refillable bottom portion, etc. etc etc so I ordered them right away. They came and they worked and I refilled with the magical lotion potion from the big old plastic bottle of Gold. And the pump worked!! Too soon to tell if this lotion is as magical as the old Gold Bond. I'd have given it a "5" if the pump had worked. It sure felt good in my hand and on my skin--well into the next day!

I have dry skin and this helps keep my skin hydrated and smooth. Great product!!

Great For the Price

I have used other skin moisturizers that were a great deal more expensive that didn't work as well as this one. I will continue to use it. I give the scent only two stars because it has none. That is not a problem for me.

Best Body Lotion I’ve Used

Over the years I’ve tried countless body lotions - a critical item for my extra dry skin (I’m a male). I tried Gold Bond, to be honest, because it formerly was endorsed by Shaq. I know … not much of a reason. But I bought some I. The extra larger Shaq Size and loved it. I repurchased many times and now bought the Giant Size as Shaq must have been dropped. But the lotion is the same old good stuff.

I'm bonded for life

Gold bond is always quality. The scent is good for a man but no reason that a lovely wouldn't like a little bit of moisturizer. You have to pump the bottle to make the product come out. I recommend placing your hand under the pump and then apply it to the desired area. I was going to moisturize my face with using my hand and just wound up making a mess.
