Now a must pack for me

No smell!!! Was warm enough to keep the night time 70 degree chill off my arms but light enough to wear before the sun went down. Seemed to keep the biting bugs away as I wound up with more bites on my legs than arms and shoulders. Even if it didn’t have the repellent, I’d be wearing this scarf again and again.

Pretty large scarf usefull for summer evenings in skitter country

Have not used it yet so I can't state its effectiveness. I have had other product from this company and have always been pleased. Bought the camo green one because it was on sale, however I liked the design a lot.

Love the scarf, not sure if it works tho

First I love this scarf. Light and airy, material is soft kind of a linen feel. It’s long but I like that, easier to wear in different ways. I got the gray so it will go with everything. Second, I took it camping and wrapped it around my neck while at the camp fire. I really wasn’t bothered by bugs but I’m not sure if the scarf was the reason. I will have to test it more. And third, Everyone else thought it was a good idea and a few of my friends are ordering one as well.

I guess it works

It's a pretty scarf. I got the light blue color. Very lightweight. Perfect for use in hot humid weather, or just hot weather. It was nice to have it around my neck in the morning when it was cooler and there were some mosquitoes out and about while I was preparing coffee while camping. I would like to think that it worked. I got no mosquito bites on my arms or neck area. It isn't odorless. There is a bit of a smell to it, it's not overwhelming and you'll quickly get used to it and eventually won't notice it. I liked it enough that I purchased a second one for my daughter to wear camping, too.

Soft and works to keep the bugs away!

I had purchased one from one of our local stores to go camping with and it worked great to keep the bugs away. (It does have a slight bug spray odor at first, but it goes away when you air it out.) It was hot out when we went camping, and this was so light it didnt feel stuffy and worked well to wrap around my sholders and arms with the tank top I was wearing. It was sheer but didnt let any bugs in; I was cool and completely covered. Not to mention the pattern is wonderful and works with almost anything. I actually purchased a few more in different colors for other family members!

Pretty and useful

I had purchased the same scarf in the color called taupe, which is closer to a charcoal gray, and love it for traveling and being insect repellent. It's a bit heavier weight than this turquoise one which is gauzy and doesn't have as much texture as the other one, but I love them both.
