Great Product Runs Small

I walk my dog, 3 miles a day in all kinds of MN weather and I have been looking for a decent longer raincoat w/hood forever. I had no idea you had to pay so much for a raincoat, but count on spending at least $100 if you want some thing that will last. I finally found this rain jacket, I didn’t want to pay over $100, but I did, and ordered the extra large. I run a size 14, 40D 5’7” 185. XL is my go to size, but the rain jacket was a little snugger than I like, especially over the chest. It’s not easy to bend, and I hope the metal snaps don’t pull off. That said, I am going to keep it, because it is the only jacket that really is to the knees, a nice, thick fabric, and a good hood with decent pool strings. I could take or leave the belt but, it does nothing for me.

Runs Too small

Too small but other than that wonderful! I’m a little on the plus size 5’3” 190lbs. I was 170lbs when I ordered this so hopefully after I loose this baby weight it will fit better. Lol but it still does run small

LOVE this raincoat

I live in SE Alaska which is rain country, and this is the perfect raincoat for my weather. I love the thickness and length and that it's belted and designed for a woman (as opposed to straight up and down). Although a large would fit fine, I went with the x-tra large so I could layer a heavy hoodie underneath so it's perfect for rainy and colder weather. Coat is also extremely well made and worth every bit of the price.

LOVE!

I haven't worn this coat in the rain yet, but the material feels like a raincoat. I bought a small and it fits like a glove! I'm 5'5" and 128lbs. I love form fitting jackets. The hood goes over your face to detour rain and the front zips up to cover your entire neck. The coat is light and classy. I might buy 1- more to match my navy rain boots too!

Best purchase ever

This is the best coat of any sort I have ever purchased. And the price is worth every penny. The fabric is incredible and impossible to describe in words. I love this brand and know it from living in Europe for a while. But now I am happy to see they are making coats like this that are not only sporty but also serve for work clothing, and are affordable. I can wear this coat daily, not only for rain but also in weather between 50 and 70 degrees. With a sweater, it can be worn in even colder weather of course. If you are very tall or have long arms, order up in a size or check the sleeve length. I usually wear a US small petite and the small in this coat fits me if I cuff the sleeve once. There is room for a sweater underneath. I believe the xsmall would be fine as well with less room to layer. I am 5’2 and weigh 125. I hope Amazon continues to offer more Helly Hansen. There is no comparison in quality to any other brand. Some of their coats are very pricey but this one is a great deal and comes with patches the repair it for future years.

Sotto pioggia e vento solo HH!

Secondo acquisto di questo tipo : avevo già preso per me la versione senza cintura e approfittando dello sconto comprato per regalo di Natale in lasaaaargo anticipo Ho scelto la versione giallo “Greta” Già sperimentato il modello in Islanda , Danimarca e Estonia sotto pioggia battente e vento forza 9: non batte ciglio e neanche una goccia all’interno Non trovo neppure che tenga un caldo esagerato grazie ai fori di ventilazione Personalmente adoro il look da marinaio norvegese , e di sicuro aiuta a non perderlo in un mare di giacche nere o blu Se si mette sotto un bel pile pesante si può usare tranquillamente in pieno inverno sotto la neve (provato in Islanda sotto bufera !!) Che altro ? Lungo a sufficienza da coprire fondoschiena e cosce dalla pioggia al contrario delle solite giàcchette corte HH forever !

Excelente calidad y con lineas bastante elgantes

HELLY HANSEN Gabardina con mucho estilo y de máxima calidad, es una gabardina ideal para entre tiempo o para días lluviosos o con mucho aire, dado que es 100% impermeable, la calidad tanto de los materiales como des las costuras, realmente impecable no hay nada que reprochar. En cuanto el estilo, la verdad es muy elegante y queda muy bien. En cuanto al abrigar, esta destinada a tiempos frescos, pero no para pleno invierno, dado que no abriga mucho. En cuanto bolsillos y la parte delantera no lleva cremallera, es todo con cierre con botones, por lo que días de mucho aire, si es algo frio pues entrara algo. La verdad, muy buena calidad y muy satisfecho con la compra.

Good quality, big pockets, has ventilation holes in the back. Enough length to cover the top of my pants in case of heavier rain. Love the colour easy to spot in the woods and visible to traffic.

Fits a bit small

I like the jacket, great colour but fits a bit smaller than I would like and I sized up. Will be tight with big bulky sweaters underneath. Definitely feels like a hot material but there is no padding for warmth during colder days. Overall I like it but wish it for bigger.
