Perfect Product - Multiple uses

I buy these all of the time. They are perfect! They have replaced paper towels, cleaning cloths, and napkins. I buy them flat so I can use these for multiple purposes. They are the same exact napkins used in high end hotels and restaurants, just unfolded. Therefore, you can fold them to as you need.

These are very versatile dinner napkins and bathroom napkins. Much more substance than regular napkins, these are in between the paper variety and the cloth variety. Good compromise. Just need to fold them.

Thinner, damaged, not flat, edges rolling

The items inside were bent, folded, and had greese on rounded edges. The napkins were thinner material than prior orders. They don't arrive flat is the short answer, but arrive with damaged edges and damage napkins that were unused. These are for a home setting and guess I can't pay this expensive price for thinner damaged napkins. We were using as flat placemats, but couldn't this time.

These napkins were much thinner and lower quality than linen-like napkins I have used in the past. I returned them, and Amazon had excellent customer service as usual. I'm sure they would work for certain purposes, but they weren't of the quality I wanted (and had expected) for the event I was hosting.
