Very Nice!

This product came well packaged in a solid well padded box! The item itself was ridiculously easy to assemble, just screw in 4 legs!! Voila!! Done in 15 minutes!! This ottoman seems to be made and sturdy! Yes, I would recommend! ( 9/10 )..The box was a little heavy lugging up three flights of stairs! )

Great storage and size, very hard

If you're looking for some storage that looks great, this is it. If you're looking for something that is soft or plush on top, this is not it. It feels like sitting on concrete, despite looking pillowy. I love it though, just have to remember not to "plop" yourself down on it ever, or you might break your butt.

Came in damaged.

It arrived with a big flaw. It stopped closing tight in a few times of usage and the lid went askew.

Perfect

I was not expecting to much, I just wanted something to fill a void desperately needed, but to my surprise, I so love this ottoman. Not only is it so functional, well made, tons of room, holds a lot, it’s a beautiful piece for what ever room you put it in. Love it. !

Great storage ottoman

After searching high and low for something tall and hopefully sturdy we settled on this for our daughter’s dorm room. She uses it for coat storage as well as getting on and off of her lofted bed. Nicely constructed, sturdy and looks great. A decent amount of storable on the I side too.

Perfect storage bench

This is a perfect storage bench! It fits perfect ally at the end of our bed and is the perfect size to sit on to lace up shoes. The storage area has lots of room to store stuff. I have 5 blankets in mine!
