Honest Review: The Good and the Not So Good
I bought the largest Mirror itself is quite nice. Alexa feature was easy to connect and works well. Someone asked if two mirrors installed in the same room would compete with each other (using Alexa) and the answer is yes if you don’t mute one of the mirrors, which would mean the muted mirror’s features could not be used with Alexa. The mirror’s light and night light could function through using the panel below the mirror and the speakers by using a Bluetooth connection. The night light is a nice touch and can also be turned off and on from the panel manually. The sound when playing music is acceptable but of course not Bose quality. Does it matter when you’re not in the bathroom that long anyway? Not really. We bought this so we could have it playing soft music to make guests feel comfortable when using the bathroom from a human noise perspective. Hanging it takes a mathematician as far as where to attach the z bar (a fancy name for a 1 1/2” x 15” wide metal plate that attaches against the wall) and then the mirror’s back slides over the top lip of the metal bar. These mirrors are very heavy. And even though at 67 years, I could do it, it was a bit awkward given the mirror’s weight. There’s also the need to install a single screw on the wall where the rear lower part of the mirror engages with an eye hole to secure the bottom of the mirror to the wall. That also makes hanging the mirror a challenge because the eyehole needs to match the wall screw at the same time you’re sliding the top of the mirror to engage the z bar in a sliding down against the wall activity. I did it, but it’s not necessarily an easy task when you consider the awkward weight of holding the mirror at the same time. Electrical cord in back is very long which allows for attaching it to the electrical outlet in your wall with less difficulty. The real issue is that depending on your circumstances, the need for a second person to hold the mirror while you’re connecting the wires. Mirror light itself: this was the most disappointing feature of the mirror. It does have 5 settings, which I would have no need for as I like “daylight” with my home’s lighting, but the brightest setting is no where near what you would consider daylight. It’s more a warm cool orangey spectrum vs bright daylight, so I’d give that 1 star. Since this mirror is a guest bathroom, it works for what we wanted to achieve but I’d never use these in a master bathroom because of the lackluster lighting. Why the company chose to go cheap on the lighting, who knows. Regardless, our visitors have been enamored with it.

Great Smart Mirror
This is a great mirror. We were worried about the way it is supposed to be hung, but it’s holding. There are a variety of light selections by color and brightness. We didn’t know there was a night light on it, great little bonus feature. The anti-fog is pretty good. Although the mirror does fog, not all of it does and it clears up quickly. We really like to be able to use voice commands to turn the lights and music off and on. The speakers sound good. Only draw back is when streaming music from Alexa, we haven’t figured out how to skip, go back, or pause. The only command that works for the music is play and stop.

Stunning Mirror!!!
This mirror is absolutely stunning. I haven’t installed it yet but this Smart LED Mirror will make my bathroom looks elegant. This mirror is great that I can listen to the music while applying my make up and I like that the light is dimmable having an option to choose from bright light to night light. Fast shipping and the packaging is very well packed. Great product and I am very happy with my purchase.

Extremely Satisfied!!
This mirror makes feel like I'm waking up at a hotel to get ready to head down to the pool. The lighting is great (brightest color setting is what I have it set to) and the speakers are MUCH better than expected. Installation was convenient since we already had a vanity light above our old mirror and used the existing wiring. Extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Amazing Mirror
I am going to re-model my bathroom. This mirror is a great feature and exactly what I was looking for. It will add a modern look to the bathroom. I like the most are the bluetooth speakers and Alexa. They will make my life be easier and more enjoyable. My daughter was so excited have it and kept to say it will look like in the hotel.

Problematic Mirror
I bought this mirror because I wanted to be able to have Alexa in the Bathroom. When it works, it works Great! I love to be able to check the Weather in the Mornings, play music, turn on the Mirror Light On/Off, all with Alexa. However, it is very problematic. My various calls to Support are very frustrating. Seems they can only offer a replacement. When mirror goes into connection mode, flashing amber, they offered a replacement. I learned to live with it. When some buttons stopped working, and only way to turn the Mirror Light On/Off was with Alexa, I did accept the replacement. There has to be a better version of this product!
