Fancy

Husband loves these boots, he says they are very comfy and roomy enough for his wide feet. He has “skinny” ankles and said it took some getting used to how loose they are around the lower part of his leg but now that he’s had them for about 3 months he doesn’t even notice it anymore. He said he willl buy again when needed.

Great boots

I wear these approximately 50 hours a week for work and been wearing them 4 months now and holding up great. I use to end up buy 3 pairs of timberland pros a year cause I would destroy them

A review after 1.5 years - comfortable and durable boots.

This was my first pair of work boots and I've enjoyed them so far. I don't work at a harsh construction site, I primarily walk around a manufacturing and assembly floors. Our facility floors get greasy sometimes, so it was important for the boots to be non-slip. And these have been great! Compared to my regular shoes that slide easily, I never accidentally skid in these boots. The comfort is superb. I love how the boot feels and did not need break-in time. The look is great too. I often get compliments and people even ask if these are steel-toe due to their nice aesthetics. One issue I have is the odor. Shortly after wearing the boots they developed strong odor. I assume it's the nature of steel-toe boots, they get no proper filtration. I'm sure if I made more effort to air them out often and use better socks, it would be less intense. But I do want to point it out. I liked these boots so much I bought another pair from this brand but a slightly different color and style. Now I can alternate the two and it's easier to maintain them both.

BOOTS GREAT. BUT, PET HAIR IN THEM....NO GOOD.

Boots seem to be fine but I was sent a pair that was obviously returned from someone that has a lot of pet hair in their house. I went to change the insoles and the ones that came with the boots had white pet hair on them. I looked into the boots and had more of it inside. To me this is unacceptable. For one, I payed for a new product, then dirty on top of that.

Love these boots, love them

I love these boots, easy to wear, very comfortable, tough and almost no break-in period. I have five pairs of work boots to use in the rain forest and Irish Setter are easily my favorite.

Comfortable is priority

Most comfortable steel toes put on my feet to date! Very pleased so far.

Comfort, no break-in period, light, well made, good price point.

These don't have the green patch because they don't meet puncture resistance ratings, however they are what you expect from Red Wings - well built and comfortable. If you can find a better made boot for that price point let me know..

Awesome for Flat Feet- from day one!

These boots fit perfect! I got them last week and wore them for 40hrs of work, I work walking on concrete all day. I never got a blister, I never got extra sore and actually my feet at the end of the week weren’t killing me like usual. I put my orthotics in the boots and there was still a lot of room! I bought the wide version and my feet are not cramped at all, lots of space. Like most people with a bad back and flat feet the nightmare of getting crappy boots is there for us, this did not happen. I liked these boots so much I’m ordering the non-steel toe version as well so that I can have comfort all the time! I’ve tried Merrill, military, Dakota, Timberland, Helly Hanson and Keen and I’ve never had this level of comfort for my feet! I will update in a couple months too and I hope this level of comfort and satisfaction stays the same!
