Excellent comfort and quality

3rd pair in 12yrs
Best and most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Thse are my new 1000g 860s. Hope they hold up like my previous 200g 860s. The only thing negative I can say is this new pair is missing the brass plaque on the side.

Just get them
This is my second time owning these boots. I love them. My first pair lasted roughly 4-5 years being worn to work almost everyday! You do not have to worry about cold feet with these!!

Everything about these boots are exceptional minus the bootlaces being too short. Barely able to tie at the top, otherwise great!

Great looking Boots with a Great Fit
Boots are warm enough for California winters & hunting. Weight is OK at about 1.5lbs per boot. Fit is correct, size is correct. I wear a 10 and ordered a 10. You will be please with these. I have had for 1 week now, will update after 1 year if any negative to report. Hope this helps you.

Best Hunting Boot I've Owned
Just purchased my 2nd pair of these as my first pair has been ridden pretty hard in the back country of Colorado and if I'm going to have a spare, I want it to be these exact same boots. The boots have a soft sole and are an extremely warm boot. I primarily hunt mid-October to early December for big game, and bird hunt into February, and these boots can handle the cold really well, without the need for feet warmers. I recommend applying waterproofing after a few seasons of constant wear and tear, however out of the box these are ready. I do recommend as with any other boot, to wear these boots either around the house, walking up and down stairs, or taking a smaller hike in them prior to using them on a hunt or if working in them; it'll get the creasing your feet need for those longer periods of use. If you're looking for a great cold weather boot, this is it!

Break them in and buy .5 size bigger
Great looking boots. They do require some breaking in. The leather is supple but very thick near the ankle and top of the foot. I’m a size 9.5 and bought a 10. The first time I put them on, I couldn’t get the laces to the top. I treated them with leather treatment and wore them at work in half day increments. Now, I can just barely get the laces to the top and do a single knot. Still tough on the feet, but the leather should stretch. Very comfy and warm. I will update the review when I put them through the rest of actual hunting. I’ve always bought Red Wings for work and they last me years, but take some time to break in as well. I expect the same from these.

Men's boots
My husband has been buying these boots for years and this was the first time buying them on amazon, they fit perfect, the price is basically the same as else where, they arrived right at our door so saved a long drive for him, all in all very happy!

Comfortable boots, no customer service.
Very comfortable, and warm boots. Within a month, a large thread came undone on the sole of the boot. Tried reaching out to Irish Setter customer support about a month ago, never received a response. If customer service was available, I would have given these boots 5 stars.

Looks like great quality as always from Red Wing
I have only had these boots for a few weeks and I’ve only put a few miles on them. So far the fit is great. Very comfortable and no annoying little tight spots I’m hoping to get years of use from these boots
