Decent boots

I got these on sale at 89.99. Took a good week to break in (45hrs installing cabinets) overall there were a few minor issues with the boots. Left boots fits a little tight, some of the stitching had defects and the eyelets weren’t pressed in correctly but I smashed them with some pliers. For 100$ die some Irish setter which I plan on beating up at work they are worth the money. Only in 2 months tho

Similar but different than last batch.

No longer made in usa, and no longer having the redwing label, instead having the shield irish setter label. Tongues almost symmetrical. Ok boot. Last version was better. Lasted a few months as a dry stone mason.

Great on concrete

These 'broke in' real fast. Extremely comfortable, especially being on concrete floors all day. They are not uncomfortable for daily use. Stitching around soles are still like new. Very durable.

Great shoes.

The build quality is great. I would normally buy red wing or Canada West boot but these were on sale and I could not turn down the price. Very happy. Comfy as heck!!!! Fits a bit big but insoles solved that.

These boots are made for walking...

Great fitting boot, I have bought the aluminum toe as well and it fits just the same. I got this boot for your everyday walk around shoes that's how comfortable these boots are... I would like to give an update after 3 years of continuous wearing, the bottom of the soles are still in great shape, yes there is wear on the treads but still lots of meat left in the soles. The inner sole has your typical wear and tear and with the outer leather it's still in mint shape...I changed out the laces right from the start as I found that they would come undone on me a lot... As for the work boots with the aluminum toe they are again in great shape for the amount of use they get as an Ironworker on the steel and welding, soles are in great shape!!! BEST BOOTS I'VE WORE FOR WORK AND LENGTH OF QUALITY OF BOOT!!!
