Hard To Find Color and Engineered for Easy Mounting + Great Customer Service
As shown in the attached, we have an antique copper color scheme in our kitchen, which included the primary "pull down sprayer" main faucet on the left. The RO drinking water faucet that matched it went bad and started leaking every time we depressed the lever to pour water, so I had to find a matching replacement. It took a long time to find copper faucets. It is not a common color. After quite a bit of searching, we found one from Westbrass that matched our color. When we got it, we were disappointed to see that the threaded shaft on the Westbrass was only 2" long, which does not fit most granite countertops. The Westbrass was more expensive and on top of that, they offered an extension to their "too short" shaft and wanted an extra $20 for it. Boo on that. We sent it back to Amazon for a refund. So, back to the drawing board to find a matching color that also had a long enough threaded shaft to fit our granite countertop. We finally located the iSpring faucet shown in the attached picture. iSpring has the largest selection of finishes for their RO faucets and they also have a variety of styles in those colors. AND the threaded part of their shaft is 2 1/4" long, allowing it to be mounted in thick countertops. So, this was a lifesaver for us. Although the mounting is drop dead simple, with tool less fittings, and I am a DIY handyman, I hate wiggling into to tight spaces with my hands to attach stuff like this, so I had a plumber come out and do the under-sink contortions to mount it, which took him all of about 5 minutes to remove the old and install this new faucet. And here is even a better part to the story. Unlike many products made in China, by companies that offer poor support, iSpring is totally different when it comes to Customer Service. I was swayed when I read other reviews for this product. If there were any deficiencies, it was very easy to contact iSpring and I noted their response was very quick. SO...I had also noticed a number of review complaints that some very minor adapter parts were missing in an iSpring order, and when contacted iSpring immediately sent out the parts needed to complete the order. iSpring includes two fittings to connect your RO line to the faucet. One of them is a snap fitting that requires no tools....you just slip the fitting onto both connections and you are done (this is what is known as a shark bite fitting). That snap fitting is supplied in a 1/4" to 1/4" connector and they also send a 1/4" to 3/8" adaptor fitting. What is usually missing from an order is the blue plastic "C" shaped lock ring which secures the shark bite connection to the water line at both ends of the fitting. Knowing this, when I ordered my faucet (and before I got it), and not wanting to have my plumber come out a second time, in case one of those little lock rings were missing, I emailed iSpring through the Amazon link and asked for them to send me the little connector kit with both sizes of the blue plastic lock ring. They agreed instantly and I received the "precautionary" parts a couple days later. My RO faucet arrived two days after that and sure enough, the larger lock ring that secures the 3/8" side of the step-down adapter was missing from my kit. But having the replacement "precautionary" fittings from iSpring, insured that I had all the parts necessary for my plumber to install on his initial trip. The iSpring customer service rep said that my RO faucet should include everything needed but evidently iSpring does not have that under control, to avoid a small missing part. You might want to do what I did and request the small connector/adapter kit, specifying that you want the needed lock rings as well. Don't hesitate to order from iSpring. You will be very happy that you did, in spite of a very minor shortcoming.

Excelente product!
Installation was easy! The nylon piping for the fittings was readily available at the local hardware store. It's a perfect match for my existing faucet. GREAT product!

*yuuum* iSpring delivers that sweet sweet RO water and 11/10 customer service!
This faucet werks. no fuss. no leaks. no nothing. And for the curious, the brushed nickel color matches stainless steel hardware. In truth, there are many similar RO faucets on amazon.com, but iSpring Water Systems and its team stand tall above other options. After reading the product details and reviews, I first believed that only a 1/4-to-1/4" coupling adapter would be included in the package. My RO system terminates with 3/8" tubing, which requires a 3/8-to-1/4" coupling adapter. I asked for the correct adapter from iSpring, and Nick was super quick and friendly to save the day. I received the adapter in the mail on the next business day! That's right ~WOW~! In addition, it is also most impressive that iSpring and Nick were truly sympathetic to help me even though I did not purchase the faucet from the iSpring Water Systems storefront (*I bought it from the Amazon.com storefront for the best price and Prime shipping speed). To iSpring Water Systems and Nick, your genuine compassion & commitment to the iSpring mission and customers are the real deal! yeaaaaaaahhh buddy! And one more thing. The faucet package already includes both 1/4-to-1/4" ＊AND＊ 3/8-to-1/4" coupling adapters indeed. *D'oh!* :]

Warning to Culligan customers!
In 2005 I had a Culligan R/O basic system installed. I have one spigot and a 20 gal tank in the garage that has a plastic tube running behind my frig, stove and counter to my sink where it connects to my R/O filters and then my faucet on the top of the sink. My 2005 faucet was showing signs of death, so I called Culligan to see what it would cost to replace my existing faucet. $425 plus $130 for the installation. I told them to kiss my butt and got on amazon, found this Far superior replacement R/0 faucet on sale for $30.66, ordered it, and paid my plumber buddy $135 for the install. $165.66 versus Culligan's attempt to rape me for $555.00? You decide which choice you think is a better deal.

Looks great
I'm glad I had a plumber put this in while he was here. Even he complained about the little clips on the push in connectors. The challenge was that it's hard to see it tucked up behind the sink. It looks great and is far better than the last faucet.

Faucet Developed a leak after a few days
The style of the product and the ease of install were all good but it developed a small leak where the spout meets the body. It looks like the plastic washer was split. I contacted support (Nick) and provided a copy of my invoice and they shipped a new one out that day with no issues on the claim. The new faucet arrived, installed and is working fine. 4 stars because it did leak, but otherwise the product was fine and the support was excellent

Heavy Duty Chrome RO faucet that looks good and is easy to install
I was looking for a chrome faucet for our RO filter system. The brushed nickel one we had did not go with our chrome faucets. This one is heavy duty and very well built. It comes in 5 different color finishes to match your existing faucets. This thing is real heavy and you can feel the smooth operation of the ceramic disc valve. It is made from solid brass, contains no lead and is chrome plated. The changeover from my old faucet took about 10 minutes. Simply close the valves on your RO system and use the supplied quick disconnect fittings to hook it up. It comes with both ⅜" and ¼" quick disconnect valves and a 2" chrome cover plate. I would purchase this faucet again.

Good quality, and looks great
Last minute purchase as we’re renovating our kitchen, but remembered about the water filter tap just before replacing the sink & worktops. I fitted easily in less than 10 minutes to our existing water filter supply, and the antique brass finish matches almost perfectly with the new tap on the kitchen sink. Surprised at the nice quality and good instructions, and even more surprised at the really good value and the difference it’s made to the appearance of our sink area. Definitely recommended !

Works and Looks Great
Love it. Works great and matches our existing kitchen faucets perfectly. Better than anything we could find at the big box stores. The only drawback is having to bend over backwards to drink from the tap.
